Inside The Game

If you want to be a better Overwatch player, then we understand how frustrating it is to see your team lose, or not have the best heroes on that map. However, you need to know the best heroes to have in every game, even the worst games. For this reason, we have updated our Overwatch tier list for the latest patch.

If you are looking for the best Overwatch characters, then you can’t go wrong with the tanks. They are generally the most durable, and therefore the best at surviving long matches. As such, they are the ones you want to have as your main tank in the team, and they are often used to take objectives.

We’re excited to announce the arrival of our latest Overwatch Tier List! Our Overwatch Tier List for Season 18 is live now, and we’ll be updating it every time a new round of balance updates lands.. Read more about 2020 overwatch tier list and let us know what you think.

Carson Levy and Hunter Boyce are responsible for the story.

Season 18 of Overwatch is in full swing, and with it comes a flood of fresh and enthusiastic players. Sigma is the most recent hero to join the ranks. Over the years, there have been a lot of buffs and nerfs to various aspects of the game.

As the game’s hero characters get buffs or nerfs, and players develop new tactics, the meta of Overwatch changes, and old methods that previously worked may no longer do so. With that in mind, it’s critical to keep up to date on the meta when deciding which heroes to spend your time refining your talents with. If you devote your skills to a low-ranking hero, you may find yourself at a lower tier than you expected.

The GOATs team composition — three tanks and three supports – was formerly highly liked by the meta. When it comes to Overwatch, though, nothing is ever permanent. Since then, Blizzard has implemented a new queuing system that requires each team to have two attackers, two tanks, and two healers. To figure out which characters are appropriate for you, look at our tier list and the descriptions that go with it. But first, let’s have a look at our categories.

Descriptions of the Tier Lists

It’s worth noting that even the lowest-tier characters may win, and that our tier ranking is based on our own personal experience with the game as well as predictions about how the newest patch will change the battleground.

  • Tier S – These characters are the front-runners for first-round selection. These heroes are the cream of the crop, and they’ll offer you a significant advantage.
  • Tier A – These heroes are strong and are often chosen on a professional level. They may, however, be replaced by other heroes.
  • Tier B – In most circumstances, these heroes are dependable. These heroes may be utilized situationally depending on factors like the map or the opposing team composition, even if they aren’t ideal for every combination.
  • Tier C – Heroes in this tier often require a high degree of expertise to be successful. Expect a tough fight from the other side, and be prepared to switch roles.
  • Tier D – These characters are the least popular, and they are extremely situational. Victory is still attainable, but only with a well-balanced team and effective communication.

Check out our Junkrat, Reinhardt, and Baptiste guides if you want to truly step up your game with some of Overwatch’s top tier heroes.

This tier list was last updated on September 24, 2019 to reflect the 1.40.1.0 patch for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, as well as the addition of the new hero Sigma.

S

  • Lucio (Support) – How about some good group healing? Check. Is there a lot of potential for damage? Check. Is there such a thing as a life-saving ultimate ability? Yes, it is correct. Expect to see a lot more Lucio at higher levels of play, even with the nerfs in the recent patches.
  • Moira (Support) – Moira previously had a strong damage and healing output, and now her Biotic Grasp has given her a boost to her overall healing. She isn’t the most difficult character to master, but she is very effective.
  • If it ain’t broke, don’t repair it, says Reinhardt (Tank). Reinhardt is still the archetypal tank, despite the fact that he has yet to get any significant improvements. Long may the king reign.
  • Sigma (Tank) – As the newest addition to the Overwatch roster, Sigma is already getting a lot of action. While the new tank is already creating waves, only time will tell what buffs or nerfs the Blizzard creative team has in store for the mad scientist.

A

  • Ana (Support) – Ana is a great healer, but she falls just short of the top tier due to her general difficulty. Nano Boost, her ultimate, was also nerfed, with the heal reduced from 300 to 250. Ana, on the other hand, is a fantastic choice for a broad range of circumstances — just make sure you practice beforehand.
  • D.Va (Tank) — In our opinion, a dive team without a D.Va is not a dive squad. Her mobility, as well as the efficacy of her ultimate ability on both attack and defense, making her an all-around dependable hero.
  • Junkrat (Damage) — You’re not alone in finding the enemy Junkrat irritating. Having said that, we’re sad to inform that one of the latest updates has made him somewhat more obnoxious. His Frag Launcher’s impact damage has been increased from 40 to 50, and his RIP-Tire now costs 10% less. Please accept our sincere apologies.
  • McCree (Damage) — One of the latest patches has given McCree a significant increase to his ultimate ability Deadeye. After being latched on to targets for 1.5 seconds, it now delivers 550 damage per second for heroes above 250 damage, as well as obstacles like Reinhardt’s shield, up from 275. When high noon comes around again, the GOATs players will have to be ready.
  • Reaper (Damage) – Much to the dismay of many, Reaper just received a huge boost to his life-steal ability. Blizzard has now made up the discrepancy, reducing the amount of health taken from 50% (50%) to 40%. He’s still probably the strongest GOATs counter and a very flexible damage hero, even with the nerf.
  • Symmetra (Damage) — Symmetra has experienced a comeback in competitive play after her update. Her teleporter ability gives her a good dive comp choice, yet she’s still a strong defensive hero. Her Photon Projector’s damage grows by 20% quicker, providing players a significant advantage.
  • Zarya (Tank) — Despite a nerf to her alt fire’s maximum blast radius, Zarya is still one of the strongest tanks in the game. This season, expect to see a lot of her, as well as Reinhardt.

B

  • Ashe (Damage) — Ashe is still one of the most popular newcomers. Her ultimate B.O.B. may be very useful in both assaulting and defending an objective, effectively doubling as a 7th teammate.
  • Brigitte (Support) – With the ability to take up the slack from the tanks, the power to shock several opponents out of their ultimate, and a group healing ability that may appear ridiculous at times, Brigitte is a good option for a backup healer.
  • Doomfist (Damage) – Before his buffs, we were considering putting Doomfist in the lower tier. The cooldowns for his uppercut and slam abilities, on the other hand, have been reduced by a second apiece, providing players a significant advantage. He seems to be much more mobile as a result of these modifications, but he still has a steep learning curve.
  • Hanzo (Damage) — Once oppressed and reviled, Hanzo has settled into a comfortable role as a not-too-good, not-too-bad hero. His Sonic Arrow can now identify opponents up to 9 meters away, up from 7. He’s still a stronger sniper than Widowmaker, but you need go to the shooting range beforehand.
  • Orisa (Tank) – Depending on the map and the makeup of your squad, Orisa may be a tremendous asset. Furthermore, the reduction in her movement speed while shooting has been decreased from 50% to 30%, making her an even more attractive option. However, she is still outperformed by tanks like Reinhardt and Zarya, since her shield may be difficult to deploy and provide protection for on a consistent basis.
  • Pharah (Damage) — Pharah’s rocket launcher’s minimum explosion damage has been increased from 16.25 to 20. This is a big boost, and players who previously struggled to deliver damage to mobile opponents will appreciate the adjustment. She is, however, easily countered and has a limited toolkit when compared to the other damage heroes.
  • Soldier: 76 (Damage) – For every new player or player returning after a hiatus, Soldier: 76 remains the go-to hero. He got a few great buffs, including an increase in Pulse Rifle damage (although by one), a nearly half-second reduction in weapon ready time after sprinting, and the ability to target Junkrat’s RIP-Tire while wearing his Tactical Visor. These improvements should make him more attractive to gamers who are undecided about who to select.
  • Widowmaker (Damage) — Now that Widowmaker’s ultimate stops when she dies, she doesn’t have much in the way of synergy to give her squad. A good Widow will pave the way for her squad while remaining safe on her own, while a poor Widow would drag her team to its knees. Widowmaker’s success is mainly determined on the player’s ability and the current terrain.
  • Winston (Tank) – Winston isn’t a terrible tank, but unless you’re running a dive composition, there’s no need to choose him unless you’re looking for a Genji counter. D.Va is the superior choice even in a dive comp, although Winston may still perform well with a solid team behind him.
  • Zenyatta (Support) – Zenyatta’s range and ability to heal many teammates in a short amount of time makes him a difficult but rewarding choice, and we’ve all been rescued by a Transcendence. His damage has been increased, but his Orb of Discord’s efficacy has been reduced somewhat. Zenyatta is fantastic, but as you progress through the ranks, you can expect to see less of him.

C

  • Baptiste (Support) – With the new hero, some gamers are having a lot of fun. Baptiste’s main weapon has sufficient power to allow this support hero to go on the offensive. If you can gain the upper hand with Baptiste, you can use your healing and damage-dealing abilities to successfully dominate the fight.
  • Bastion (Damage) — Bastion has the ability to save your life. His extremely high damage output can rip the opposing team’s shields apart, and nothing is more aggravating than watching a Bastion successfully set up on the payload. However, since he is easily countered and has limited mobility, he is just a situational hero.
  • Genji (Damage) – A good Genji can divert the enemy’s focus away from the rest of the team and pick up a few picks in a matter of seconds, but he has a steep skill curve. Popular choices like Reinhardt and Brigitte, among others, oppose him. Before you choose Genji, make sure you spend some time in training.
  • Mercy (Support) — There was a time when a team without a Mercy was almost certain to lose, but we’ve come a long way since then. Mercy isn’t a terrible character, but she doesn’t have any group healing options other than her ultimate, which is surpassed by Zenyatta’s Transcendence and Lucio’s Sound Barrier. She has a great movement range but a limited healing range, thus practice is essential if you want to win. Also, don’t anticipate gold healing.
  • Torbjorn (Damage) – We may have put Torbjorn in the D tier if not for his revamp. However, with the modifications to his turret and ultimate, success on attack with a Torbjorn is more feasible than ever, and his potential damage output is substantially increased. Still, in order to win, he generally needs a very talented player and a squad that works well with him.
  • Overwatch’s mascot, Tracer (Damage), has been feeling under the weather recently. A skilled Tracer, like Genji, can confuse and destroy the opposing team, but she, too, has a high learning curve. She also has a lot of the same counters as the other damage choices, putting her towards the bottom of the list.
  • Wrecking Ball (Tank) — Another extremely situational hero, Wrecking Ball’s Adaptive Shield no longer pulls him out of roll mode, according to a recent patch. Unfortunately, this isn’t enough to get him beyond the C tier, but dammit if rolling onto point and clearing it out isn’t gratifying. Be cautious.

D

  • Mei (Damage) o Sorry, Mei lovers – she’s still a situational character. Her damage per second has increased recently, but her Ice Wall’s health has decreased, making her an even less effective defensive choice. With Mei, having a good team composition – and a bad opponent team composition – is crucial to success.
  • Roadhog (Tank) – That term, situational, comes up again. His hook may be used with tremendous impact with a solid team composition, yet he could as well be a walking target for the opposing team. Even with his self-healing, it doesn’t take much to knock him down, and his range leaves a lot to be desired.
  • Sombra (Damage) – It seems like Sombra will never be able to rise out of the bottom ranks without a major overhaul. She’ll always be a situational hero who needs a committed player and a strong squad to back her up.

Dark Souls 2 is a very hard game, even when played alone. I’ll admit it can sometimes be easier to play with a friend, especially if you both have the patience for learning the game’s new systems and strategies. With that in mind, I’ve put together this Dark Souls 2 co-op guide to help you level up quickly with a friend that’s up to the challenge. Once you’ve got your friends hooked on this game, you can really enjoy Dark Souls 2 with a new friend, instead of just playing alone.

If you’ve enjoyed playing co-op online in Dark Souls 2, you’ll eventually want to play without a second person. There are several ways to do this, but the most ideal way is to have a co-op partner get their own copy of the game from the Xbox One store, then swap the disk on their console with the disk that they have on your console. This process can be accomplished with the Mass Storage Device menu of the Xbox One.

I’ve always found co-op and multiplayer gaming to be the most fulfilling and satisfying experiences a gamer can have. Encouraging others to play, and then playing with others creates a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. There is something about being able to work in unison with others, whether it is to help them solve puzzles, or simply providing the support needed when something goes wrong.. State of Decay is a game where you play as a group of survivors attempting to fight off the zombie hordes that have overrun the world. The game has some great features, such as a working, infected system that is controlled by AI. The AI will find you, follow you, and make it harder and harder for you to survive.

All the State of Decay tips and tricks you could ever need!

State of Decay is a zombie survival game that challenges the players to survive in a post-apocalyptic world. The game is all about staying alive against the zombie horde and encountering various obstacles in the open world. By eliminating the zombies around you and scavenging for food, you will be able to survive the journey. The game is divided into 10 chapters which are further subdivided into 5 chapters each. There are many challenges and tasks that you need to complete throughout the game. But, there are many tips and tricks that you can use to make it easier for you to survive. So, in this article, we will be discussing some of the tips and tricks that will help you to survive in State of Decay.. Read more about state of decay breakdown best base and let us know what you think.

Here are some helpful suggestions, tips, and techniques for the newest State of Decay DLC, Breakdown. These suggestions are courtesy of Havoc and X.

  • Early game tip: As soon as I arrive at a base, I immediately begin the task of a nearby enclave (particularly cleaning infestations) and use them as a backup while I build up my other outposts and collect resources. Lily will also not give me new tasks while I’m on a mission (for example, “We’ve ran into a problem and need you to find_____”). This enables me to immediately begin setting up my foundation. – Chaos
  • Build a lot of suppressors – You’ll be overrun fast if you discharge an unsuppressed weapon in Breakdown, since 30 or more zeds will close in on your position immediately. This covers both ferals and large animals.
  • Gaining/maintaining greater degrees of influence is very difficult. Don’t enlist the help of as many scavengers; instead, take the time to collect all of the items you can.
  • Load up on weapons and firearms – by level 4, your inventory will be completely filled. Fill up a friendly enclaves locker with weapons and weaponry you’ll never use.
  • Look for anything they can put in their locker in homes near enclaves. It may be tiresome at times, but the influence will pay off in the end.
  • Food outpost – Always leave one outpost with food so that if you run out, you have a secure location to obtain at least three or four snacks.
  • Ninja attribute – Give the ninja trait to a few of your survivors. It’s really useful to be able to fast search silently, particularly in later stages when a loud noise costs 30 zeds.
  • Outposts are essential – attempt to construct a few outposts around your main base when you initially start out. If hordes attack, you’ll be safe thanks to the traps.

In addition, the RV provides you with two outposts. Use them to assist you secure the base you wish to move into straight away (as hordes will start attacking your base right when you move in). Place the outposts on each side of your base to provide the best defense from roving hordes.

  • If your traps aren’t ready and a horde is approaching your base, you may use a vehicle to entice the horde away from your base by honking and driving them away, or into traps that aren’t on cooldown. You give your traps time to reload this way. It will be destroyed if the horde strikes again.

(Note: If you can’t set up an outpost for any reason, bear in mind that you must remove all rucksacks from a structure before it can be used as an outpost.) If you have one, put it on the ground first, then pick up the one in the container, and you’ll be able to set up an outpost.)

Also, before creating an outpost, attempt to empty out a building of all the things you want placed in all the containers, otherwise you will lose those items.

  • Breakdown’s Difficulty Levels and Advancement – Each level increases in challenge, so don’t advance too many levels before you’re ready, or you’ll get overwhelmed by the difficulty. When you utilize the RV, you may bring up to 6 survivors (+ Lily) with you. When you’re ready to go, go to the menu and choose who will accompany you.

(A toggle button will be available to choose whether the survivor is “On RV” or not.) When you see “On RV” next to their name, you may expect them to accompany you to the next level. Then you may load the RV and go to the next level by pressing the button. Your storage locker contents will be carried over, but not your base supplies. As a result, you get part of your resources but not all of them.

  • When you progress, try to load up your characters with weapons and other things before advancing so you may put them into the storage lockets when you’re dumped into the next game and have some impact.
  • More gasoline – Make sure you have fewer than 5 gallons of gas in the RV before departing. I’ve discovered that if I have a lot of gasoline, I start the following level with none. If I have less than 5, though, I will keep that number.
  • Edged Specialization – I’ll never keep a survivor who has the blunt weapon specialization. If I have any agile characters, I’ll give them edged weapons, but everyone else (even those without a powerhouse) will receive heavy weapons. This is something I do for two reasons:

    1) Blunt weapons are the worst of the melee bunch. Edged & heavy weapons both at least have a sweeping attack that kills multiple zombies in one blow, but blunt weapons don’t have this. They can knock a bunch down right away, but you still have to kill them (which means using more stamina), and

    2) It makes it simpler for me to manage my storage unit. Blunt weapons are what take up the most space in my locker, so if I don’t need them, it’s not an issue. Enclaves or survivors I don’t intend to take get blunt weapons.

  • Moods – Pay attention to the emotions of your survivors. If someone is sad, frightened, or otherwise distressed, switch to them and do a few simple chores for them, such as bringing in some supplies, surveying the region, or conducting a zed hunt, for example. 1-2 simple activities will boost their attitude, resulting in less conflict at home and a lower likelihood of fleeing. X –
  • Make a large number of whistling box mines. They’ll be very useful in later stages. Steel pipe bombs also make getting rid of pests a breeze. Also, since I take stimulants a lot (and the ones you find usually don’t last long), I prefer to have my medical lab produce them. – Chaos
  • Food supply – Once I’ve established a base, I attempt to collect a sufficient amount of food so that when I return, I’ll have six snacks. I usually fill it to the brim simply to avoid having to deal with it again. Then I go looking for medication and ammunition. X –

  • When you first start off in Breakdown, opt for a strong character with a big rucksack and one skill that they excel at (preferably cooking, construction, or medicine.) This will come in handy later on, but it will take some time since you will have to restart the game many times before you have a character with these attributes.
  • If you’re heading out on a character, bring at least 3 medications and 3 food, as well as a melee weapon. This is necessary in order to survive while exploring. I would also bring some molotovs / flame fougasses and a weapon with one clip of ammunition if you have a big bag or don’t mind taking up some more space.

When dealing with huge numbers of zombies, such as infestations or hordes, having a molotov on you may be very helpful. Also, if you’re bringing a gun, try to have a suppressor with you. With only one shot without a silencer, you may attract a large number of zombies to your location. If you’re encircled and can’t get away, use a firearm without a suppressor as a last option.

  • If your character does not come equipped with a big rucksack, the upper right corner of the map is an excellent location to search for one (the area where you start when you play the story mode of State of Decay.) There are six tents in the area, and at least one of them should contain a big backpack inside. Just be cautious in this region, since you won’t be able to drive there and will have to walk to collect the bag. A feral may easily catch you off surprise since there is no fast escape with a car.
  • Another first-timer advice is to acquire fuel as soon as possible after joining your first community. This way, once you have an outpost up and going, you may immediately put up traps to combat hordes.
  • Check open their supply locker after rescuing a survivor and returning them to their enclave. Use some of your influence to acquire any things you may need.
  • Finding survivors to join your group is the most helpful thing you can do when you initially start out. The reason for this is because if your character becomes weary, you’ll want to switch to a different one since your stamina will decrease and you won’t be able to restore it.
  • More general State of Decay hints and tips may be found on the 100 helpful State of Decay hints and tips page.
  • Again, thanks to Havoc and X for their suggestions. Please add any suggestions, tips, or techniques for the State of Decay Breakdown DLC in the comments section below. Thank you for your donations and for taking the time to visit the site.
  • Return to the section on the State of Decay.

The State of Decay is one of those games that can’t be described in words. You have to experience it to truly feel it. The game is set in a deserted town overrun by zombies. The objective of the player is to survive and create a community for the other survivors. In order for this to happen, the player has to build community buildings, recruit survivors, and use the survivor abilities to make a better living environment.. • Higher adaptability allows you to avoid attacks more easily since it increases the amount of invincibility frames available during rolls. (The animation is unaffected.)
  • It also aids parrying, since more adaptability increases the number of frames required to complete a good parry in the parry animation. (However, the animation stays the same.)

Intelligence

  • Sorceries and other spells need this characteristic. It demonstrates your mastery of magic and dark ATK and DEF while also increasing casting speed.

  • To effectively handle most heavy armors and weapons, a certain amount of strength is required. Armor now includes a scaling component that provides extra physical protection depending on your current level of physical defense. This is the overall physical defense you get by leveling up your STR, DEX, END, and VIT as well as the physical defense you have without any equipment.
  • When you use two hands to wield a weapon, your power is multiplied by two.

Dexterity

  • Certain weapons that need dexterity must be wielded with dexterity. (Weapons have a minimum DEX requirement that must be fulfilled before they can be effectively used.) It also increases poison and bleed effects.
  • Increases attack and poison / bleed bonus for weapons that scale with dexterity.
  • It marginally improves your physical defense.
  • Increases your HP by +2 HP for levels 0-20, +1 HP for levels 21-50, and 0 HP for levels 51-99.

  • It increases the maximum number of castings that may be saved. Max is 94 years old.
  • Casting speed, curse resistance, and agility are all increased.
  • Increases HP by +2 HP from 0 to 20, +1 HP from 21 to 50, and 0 HP from 51 to 99.

Stats are described as follows:

  • At the age of 20, Vigor, Endurance, and Vitality achieve their optimum efficiency and begin to decline. From 20 to 50, vigor remains constant before plummeting. After the age of 20, endurance remains constant. Vitality has various caps, with 20 to 30 being acceptable. It really takes a fall after that.
  • As damaging stats (from scaling on weapons or spellcasting equipment), Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, and Faith have diminishing returns as well, peaking at 40 before plummeting.
  • Adaptability is a difficult statistic to grasp since it has a subtle impact on so many things. It mostly concerns mobility and defense. Increasing this to 15 or so for basic characters should make them seem a lot more competent in general. It also interacts with Endurance to give your character inherent Poise. Basically, you receive inherent Poise equal to the lesser of the two stats: Endurance or Adaptability. As a result, keeping them equal, say 20 apiece, optimizes your profit.
  • Attunement has been much improved. It boosts casting speed and provides extra charges for all of your equipped spells as you level it up, in addition to providing new spell slots. The most significant soft caps are at the ages of 20 and 40.

Do you have any additional Dark Souls 2 statistics or softcaps advice? If you have any, please share them in the comments section below. Thank you for your donations and for taking the time to visit the site.

The Fable Anniversary Update and Patch on the Way are modules which are going to be added to your game as a patch. The Fable Anniversary Update increases the maximum level for your character to 60 and adds new features like a stamina bar, new settings for the difficulty level, and new social features to the game. The Patch on the Way is designed for users that have downloaded the Fable Anniversary Update and will update your game to the latest version.

The Fable Anniversary Update / Patch On the Way! If you’ve been following the news, you know that Microsoft released the Fable Anniversary Update (a free update for all Fable Anniversary customers) in mid-June to celebrate the game’s first anniversary (May 6, 2015). Since then, the team has been hard at work developing the Fable Anniversary Update Patch (aka .96, aka “Fable Anniversary 1.0”) to improve the game’s stability and to fix some bugs.

Hello again, and welcome to another blog update, where I will be covering everything we know about the Fable Anniversary update for Xbox One. So far there has been no official confirmation on when this update will be released, however based on previous updates we can safely assume it will be out sometime this year.

Lionhead Studios has revealed that a patch for Fable Anniversary is in the works, which will address stability issues like as freezes and lockups. The entire forum post may be seen below.

“At the time, our top goal is to ensure that the stability problems you’re having are resolved.

“Over the last several days, we’ve been working hard to track down and identify the problems that cause your games to stall or lock up” (we know how annoying that is).

“We’ve discovered some possible stability problems that may be causing your lockups/freezes, and a new title update will be released to patch the game and hopefully solve them.”

“Of course, generating a title update isn’t immediate, and we want to be extremely cautious not to create any more problems by rolling out such an update, so extensive testing is required before releasing anything publicly.”

“There is no current ETA on when this title update will be released; however, I will make every effort to obtain updates for you as often as possible, and as soon as I am able to provide a time frame, I will notify you.”

Fable Anniversary is finally out, and as usual, it’s been an eventful month for the game. Fable Anniversary Patch 1.2 is here, and with the release of the patch, we’d like to give you some background information on what’s new and what’s changed.. Anno 1800 is the latest installment in the increasingly popular Anno series. In Anno 1800, the player takes on the role of a leader of a newly founded colony in an almost unknown medieval Europe, at the dawn of the industrial era. As such new features are introduced to the game, this video will provide you with a quick look at the new elements, and give you a heads up on some quick tips and tricks to get you started in Anno 1800.

There are some things that you need to know before starting the game, and some things once you start the game, but I think it’s time to hit the basics, and that’s about how to get started in Anno 1800.

Anno 1800 is a strategy game coming to the PC in late 2018. It will be available on Steam and in early access form for the Uplay store.

Guides

Do you want to start playing Anno 1800? Take a look at these short hints and suggestions.

Anno 1800 by Ubisoft is currently gaining traction on Steam. With each passing day, a fresh swarm of participants joins the enormous game. With that in mind, real-time strategy enthusiasts are rushing to their keyboards in droves to get their hands on this game. That said, Anno 1800 isn’t the most beginner-friendly game ever released for the PC. But don’t be concerned. We’ve got your back. For novice players interested in taking up this RTS game, here are some useful hints and suggestions.

  • Make use of the Blueprint mode. Blueprint mode is a new feature in the series that enables players to design their structures ahead of time. This tool has the potential to make all the difference between success and failure.
  • Look for more islands to visit. You may send a ship out scouting after you have one. The ship will then find additional islands, each of which is rich in minerals. Then, on those islands, you may construct shipyards to harvest commodities from the newly found places.

Quidza, a Reddit member, created this image.

  • Make every effort to increase your manufacturing efficiency. Structures that generate resources and buildings that provide finished goods are all linked. One structure may generate wool, while another makes labor garments that rely on wool as a starting material. Pay attention to how much time and how many resources each content requires. You’ll be able to optimize your production efficiency by ensuring that everything runs smoothly and without downtime. Quidza, a Reddit user, has created a map of the manufacturing chains for gamers to examine the time ratios between goods. To the right, you can see an example of the map.
  • Utilize your islands to their maximum potential. You can make excellent use of the available land after you’ve found additional islands. Mines, which are frequently very profitable in Anno 1800, will be found on several of the islands. Furthermore, it is a good idea to locate your industries on neighboring islands, far away from your residential regions. This will boost the amount of happiness in your population as well as the beauty of your city. For your trip, you’ll need a ship with two cargo holds, 2,500 gold, 10 wood, and 8 steel beams. Begin constructing a trade station after you’ve arrived on the new island.
  • Keep warehouses supplied. You’ll need warehouses to store all of the items you’ll collect during the game. These buildings will come in handy in large quantities during the game.
  • Maintain your city’s beauty. As previously stated, keeping your factories away from residential areas will assist to maintain your population’s contentment. You may, however, unlock craftsmen to build museums and zoos to increase the happiness of your people. These two buildings will also significantly improve the beauty of your city. It’s worth noting, however, that you’ll have to go on excursions to get unusual animals for your zoo.
  • Don’t overextend yourself. Building new buildings too fast may lead to financial failure. To prevent this, concentrate on keeping your people happy rather than growing your empire at breakneck speed. It’s also crucial not to promote your social groups too fast, since this may lead to issues later on.
  • Make sure you have a lot of residential structures before the game starts. You will be able to promote a social organization after you have reached the necessary number of residential structures. However, some members of the social group will depart once the promotion is completed. As a result, it is preferable to have a large number of residential structures nearby.
  • Keep track of the productivity of your buildings. You may get information on a building’s productivity by clicking on it. You will often need to allocate the maximum amount of workers to the building in order to optimize production, and you will sometimes need to clear empty space surrounding the structure.
  • Always make use of your produced items. You should either sell excess produced products for other resources or transport them to your different inhabited areas whenever you have a surplus.
  • You may adjust the game’s pace. Anno 1800’s pace may be sped up or slowed down by using the + and – symbols. When you’re waiting for specific items to be manufactured, this may be very helpful.
  • As quickly as feasible, establish emergency services. Preparing first responders for the different emergencies you’ll encounter during the game takes time. It might be game over if you find yourself in a situation before your emergency services are ready.
  • Taxation is something to consider. Taxation is paid by your people. They will pay more money if they are happy. A happy population equals a prosperous empire.
  • All of your paths must return to your trade station. All routes should lead to your trade center, just as they do in the old expression “all roads lead to Rome.”

Supraland is a new Switch-exclusive rhythm game that has players matching colored blocks in time to the beat of the music. The curious case of Supraland is that it does not have a space on Nintendo’s official game page. So why does it have its own blog?

Supraland is a fun, accessible take on the semi-open world RPG, with a focus on offering players a vast, imaginative virtual playground to explore, free of the restrictions of linear, scripted experiences. If you’ve never played a game like this before, the basic idea is that you’re playing as a thief who is trying to steal a bunch of magical items from a huge island, one of which is a legendary sword. You can then use this sword to explore the world, along with your horse, Wolf.

Supraland is a Playstation VR (PSVR) exclusive game that came out a little over a month ago, and it’s been getting rave reviews on pretty much every platform on the market. The game is an elaborate story where players are transported into a world that is inspired by a post-apocalyptic world where the last remnants of humanity are trying to find a way to survive the end of the world.

Supraland is, in my view, a lot of fun. You have a game that essentially has everything you need: dark souls-style fighting, Metroid-style NES difficulty, and Zelda-style riddles. Maybe it’s not as difficult as a Souls game, and Metroid on the NES is probably a lot more complex, but I’ve had a lot of fun with it.

We’ll start with some basic pointers that will get you through 80% of the puzzles, and then I’ll give you a spoiler-free walkthrough to get you through the main narrative. Although the main goal of the game is to solve puzzles, there are a few places where it may be difficult.

Finally, we provide more direct solutions to some of the game’s most frequent problems in order to assist you in overcoming some of the game’s more difficult sections.

For the switch port, much of the same advice applies.

Tricks and Tips

  • Almost every problem can be solved by working backwards. Look at the next area’s door, see what opens it, and make your way forward from there.
  • Don’t get too caught up in the riddles. Simple solutions are always available, and you will always have what you need to progress.
  • Secret regions abound in each puzzle area, and accessing them requires upgrades and new equipment. Returning to previous stages when you acquire significant upgrades will not only open quicker traversal routes through them (and shortcuts), but you’ll also discover a range of improvements that are only available with the new gear.
  • Force cubes may be used to keep doors open.
  • If you’re ever stuck, remember what each of your things does, as mentioned above.
  • Sponges are often overlooked at the start of the game, but they come in handy later on. Keep in mind that they operate using force beams.
  • Speak with each and every NPC. NPCs are generous with hints.
  • Explore the whole map to collect coins that may be used to purchase improvements. Combat may become very tough without improvements.

Without giving anything away, here is a simple spoiler-free walkthrough.

Getting Started

  • Don’t get your hopes up on secret hunting just yet. There are hidden places in every region that need upgrades that you won’t get until you finish the game.
  • The force cube is very hefty. Seesaws are useful tools. Later on, keep in mind the weight of the force cubes.
  • Both force cubes and barrels have the ability to push buttons.
  • Platforms may be stopped with force cubes.
  • The crimson crystal and Red MacGuffin are at the top of the tower. To reach there, you’ll need two levels of jump skills, as well as the first three golden barrels.
  • Yellow rings adorn the heads of Mr. Miracle’s supporters. How are you going to make it happen for your pal?
  • Force cubes activate the purple buttons.
  • Shields may be bounced off of.
  • The blue crystal is within the facility, and Blue MacGuffin is inside it.

Facility

  • This is a difficult part. The entrance door is locked when you arrive at the property. You’ll have to figure out how to go around the side.
  • Keep in mind the functions of each of your tools.
  • How would you get the supraball inside after you’ve opened the facility?
  • A supraball is used by the yellow ring. What does it have to do with anything?
  • Supraballs bounce back and forth.
  • Look at every nook and cranny.

Rattlehag

  • Upgrades to the farm. The struggle to gate for the next bouts is a difficult one. It’s best to simply acquire as many combat improvements as you can.
  • It’s a basic fight: disable four generators and beat Rattlehag.

The Purple MacGuffin’s Journey

  • From this point on, no matter where you are in the game, anything metal is essential. If there’s metal, there’s probably a reason behind it.
  • If you’re close enough, you can move anything metal. Things in the earth are included in this.
  • The anvil must be raised, but not by using the force cube.
  • You must unlock the door to complete the supraball player problem.
  • Your rifle has the potential to damage batteries.
  • On force beams, force cubes may sit.
  • Other things can be moved using force beams.
  • Objects are drawn together by alternative fire. This may happen even if you’re not in front of the item.

Area Carrot

  • Crystals may be recolored. Keep this in mind.
  • A jump pad is required for the barrel.
  • If you strike a tree, the leaves will fall.
  • Speak with each and every NPC.
  • Carrots aren’t destroyed by purple crystals alone.
  • Carrots, indeed, conceal stuff.
  • Remember that you may now shatter pixelated blocks with your sword after you’ve finished with the carrot region.

Blueville

  • Your mother is capable of pressing buttons, but how can you get her to do so?
  • Keep in mind that your force beam may be used to move boxes.
  • The bridge is being rolled down by a steel ball.
  • In the region on the left, you may win force cube coins.
  • The slots are filled with certain gems. Take a long look into the distant.
  • The ball also slides down the bridge to the throne chamber, although not straight down.
  • What would happen if the ball were to slide down and to the side?
  • Keep in mind that you may activate events from afar.

Volcano

  • Remember that bullets may be recolored.
  • What is the conductor of electricity?
  • They must be repainted.
  • The green moons are housed in the red crystal tower.

End Boss

  • You don’t recolor yourself using a coloring machine.
  • You can get all the information you need from the NPC.
  • See our end-boss guide for additional information. There are spoiler-free and spoiler-guide sections.

I realize that many of them are very ambiguous, but part of the joy of the game is finding things out for yourself. If you’re stuck, I hope this helps you get unstuck!

Extra Hints – Major Spoilers

  • Using the force cube and triple leap, you can get to the Red MacGuffin. On the seesaw, you’ll utilize the force cube and then sprint through to the opposite side.
  • The institution has the Blue MacGuffin. You’ll smuggle the supraball into the outer corner and retrieve it from inside. The key may be found at a different corner. To get to the upper region, you’ll toss the supraball through the yellow ring. The lift will be stopped by a force cube.
  • You’ll reach a point after the Blue MacGuffin when the NPC speaks about doors being more than just a means of passage. Because the door is metal, you can float up it if you open it. Following that, the anvil must be raised.
  • Rattlehag has passed the Purple MacGuffin.

Then, on the machine, use the force cube to make the ball roll down and complete the circuit.

Do you want to start playing this sandbox classic? Check out the tips and techniques we’ve compiled for you below.

Terraria, a Re-Logic action-adventure sandbox game, has attracted a large following since its debut in 2011. Despite the fact that the game has been around for a long time, the game’s fan base seems to have only increased in numbers and enthusiasm over the years. With that in mind, we’ve compiled a short tutorial to assist newcomers to the game.

  • Find a place to stay as soon as possible. Because Terraria has a day/night cycle, adversaries are usually much more fierce at night. As a result, you should build a shelter as quickly as possible.
  • As quickly as feasible, construct a furnace and an iron anvil. These goods will significantly increase the amount of things you can make beyond what your basic workbench can provide.
  • The inventory space for all piggy banks, safes, and defender’s forges is the same. As a result, you’ll be able to leave one storage container at home and take another with you. You may greatly improve your storage space by using this function.
  • Make sure you transfer your funds. If you die with money in your possession, you must recover it. Because this procedure may be time consuming and complicated, it’s preferable to keep your money in a piggy bank on a regular basis.
  • Make sure your pickaxe is constantly updated. There may be times when you come upon a precious resource that can only be harvested using a certain kind of pickaxe. Always keep your pickaxe up to date so you’ll be ready for these situations.
  • Long descents should be avoided. You should never leap down a hole that is not illuminated at the bottom. Instead, traverse lengthy, dark tunnels by rope.
  • Keep health remedies on hand. Always carry at least one stack of the highest level health potion on you at all times as a matter of thumb. These remedies will come in handy on a frequent basis during the game.
  • Before a major battle, always use the sharpening station, ammunition chest, crystal ball, and beguiling tables. These items provide class-specific benefits for your character, enhancing your fighting abilities.
  • Here’s a simple method to increase your speed. Any gamer seeking to cut down on travel time can benefit from Hermes footwear. Additionally, maintain a stack of swiftness potions on you at all times to boost your travel speed even further. The hook item may also help you speed up. Simply shoot the hook diagonally and release it before it reaches its intended target.
  • Don’t overlook the intelligent cursor. The smart cursor may be activated by pressing “Left Ctrl.” This method greatly simplifies strip mining.

When most people play SMITEGame, they want to gain the upper hand by maximizing their chances of victory. However, what’s the best way to reach victory? As a new player, you should practice your movements in the early levels, and then once your familiarity with the game grows you should focus on improving your skills.

Hi I am G15Tools and welcome to G15Tools. One of the best things about SMITE is its constantly evolving and changing meta, and it’s only ever going to improve. With that in mind, here is a guide to help you play Arena in SMITE.

Hi friends, this is the first post of the guide. In this guide, we are going to show you how to win arena in SMITE.

The SMITE Arena is a 5 v 5 single lane fight in which you may choose any hero and choose any team, unlike other ARAM variants. It’s a lot of fun since it takes away the jungle, numerous lanes, and other features, reducing it to a gods-on-gods fight in an arena with buffs as the only other mechanism.

This tutorial will walk you through how the mode works and how you may use smart play to get an advantage and win.

Titan Forged Studios (Hi-Rez) has a nice instructional video (above) that covers the fundamentals, but we delve into greater depth.

To help you choose the best gods to win, check out our SMITE Tier List.

The Game Mode’s Operation

As a result, each side selects five heroes. The game will recommend a squad with a mix of tanks and magic/physical damage, but you may build your own. The game starts as soon as the hero is chosen. There are no gates, no countdown, and no other features. The hero animation plays, and you’re immediately immersed in the contest.

Tickets are shown on the right hand side of the UI for both teams. Teams are given 500 tickets to begin with, and the first team to run out of tickets loses. Killing the other side’s minions and siege minions, as well as having your minions invade their base, takes tickets from the opposing team, and vice versa. Seasonally, the quantity of tickets available changes.

Buffs may be found on both the left and right sides. Technically, each team should go to their left side buff, wait for spawn, then grab the three buffs before moving to the center and fighting for the remainder of the game. Most classes can solo the buffs by the mid-game, and you may use them anyway you want.

You may start with the conventional shop and fountain area, and you can return to base at any moment. Each base has a circle on the ground with towers that shoot on opponents attempting to enter the base; however, you are not immune to harm when within the base (i.e. if someone casts a spell inside while you’re nearly dead, you may revive shortly).

Respawns happen quickly, and you’re typically immediately back in the thick of things. It’s a great deal of fun.

/ Solo Queue / General Hints

So the best thing to do is think about what your team is up to and respond accordingly. You must keep an eye out for enemy minions attempting to reach base and ensure that you are killing them in order to get cheap tickets. Gods are wonderful to destroy because they offer you tickets and time to push, but minions are as essential.

When solo queuing, try to choose your god later than other players; this may allow you discover some synergies with what someone else chose, which can be very beneficial. If everyone is going with a large number of guardians, for example, you may choose to play an assassin.

Controlling the map is crucial. Mages are particularly good at this, since any zone created on the ground is often ignored by the enemy. This may make it easier to group them together for AoE strikes.

You can easily snipe minions even when your team isn’t that great at team fights by moving in, AoEing the minions and moving out. That can help a ton. Don’t also forget you can sneak the minions through if a team fight is happening where the buffs are.

Make use of the pillars! They deflect the majority of non-ground assaults.

How to Win by Waiting in a Party Queue

Choose a group that will work well together. That’s pretty much the only useful tip there is. It also depends on the number of players. You can certainly do a decent job of moving things in your favor with only three people in a party, but with two, you can still select gods that go well together and play well together.

Choose one god to push and one god to tank or battle other heroes in a two-player game. This provides a nice mix of lane control, minion pushing, and attack damage for the opposing team.

Three players: Choose the gods that everyone excels at.

Four to five players: Imagine a strong squad with gods that everyone excels at. You’ll need to come up with a method to stun the heroes, gather them into a group, then AoE them down.

To converse, use a voice chat program like Discord or the in-game chat. In majority of the matchups, you should be able to simply win.
