Supraland is a new Switch-exclusive rhythm game that has players matching colored blocks in time to the beat of the music. The curious case of Supraland is that it does not have a space on Nintendo’s official game page. So why does it have its own blog?

Supraland is a fun, accessible take on the semi-open world RPG, with a focus on offering players a vast, imaginative virtual playground to explore, free of the restrictions of linear, scripted experiences. If you’ve never played a game like this before, the basic idea is that you’re playing as a thief who is trying to steal a bunch of magical items from a huge island, one of which is a legendary sword. You can then use this sword to explore the world, along with your horse, Wolf.

Supraland is a Playstation VR (PSVR) exclusive game that came out a little over a month ago, and it’s been getting rave reviews on pretty much every platform on the market. The game is an elaborate story where players are transported into a world that is inspired by a post-apocalyptic world where the last remnants of humanity are trying to find a way to survive the end of the world.

Supraland is, in my view, a lot of fun. You have a game that essentially has everything you need: dark souls-style fighting, Metroid-style NES difficulty, and Zelda-style riddles. Maybe it’s not as difficult as a Souls game, and Metroid on the NES is probably a lot more complex, but I’ve had a lot of fun with it.

We’ll start with some basic pointers that will get you through 80% of the puzzles, and then I’ll give you a spoiler-free walkthrough to get you through the main narrative. Although the main goal of the game is to solve puzzles, there are a few places where it may be difficult.

Finally, we provide more direct solutions to some of the game’s most frequent problems in order to assist you in overcoming some of the game’s more difficult sections.

For the switch port, much of the same advice applies.

Tricks and Tips

  • Almost every problem can be solved by working backwards. Look at the next area’s door, see what opens it, and make your way forward from there.
  • Don’t get too caught up in the riddles. Simple solutions are always available, and you will always have what you need to progress.
  • Secret regions abound in each puzzle area, and accessing them requires upgrades and new equipment. Returning to previous stages when you acquire significant upgrades will not only open quicker traversal routes through them (and shortcuts), but you’ll also discover a range of improvements that are only available with the new gear.
  • Force cubes may be used to keep doors open.
  • If you’re ever stuck, remember what each of your things does, as mentioned above.
  • Sponges are often overlooked at the start of the game, but they come in handy later on. Keep in mind that they operate using force beams.
  • Speak with each and every NPC. NPCs are generous with hints.
  • Explore the whole map to collect coins that may be used to purchase improvements. Combat may become very tough without improvements.

Without giving anything away, here is a simple spoiler-free walkthrough.

Getting Started

  • Don’t get your hopes up on secret hunting just yet. There are hidden places in every region that need upgrades that you won’t get until you finish the game.
  • The force cube is very hefty. Seesaws are useful tools. Later on, keep in mind the weight of the force cubes.
  • Both force cubes and barrels have the ability to push buttons.
  • Platforms may be stopped with force cubes.
  • The crimson crystal and Red MacGuffin are at the top of the tower. To reach there, you’ll need two levels of jump skills, as well as the first three golden barrels.
  • Yellow rings adorn the heads of Mr. Miracle’s supporters. How are you going to make it happen for your pal?
  • Force cubes activate the purple buttons.
  • Shields may be bounced off of.
  • The blue crystal is within the facility, and Blue MacGuffin is inside it.


  • This is a difficult part. The entrance door is locked when you arrive at the property. You’ll have to figure out how to go around the side.
  • Keep in mind the functions of each of your tools.
  • How would you get the supraball inside after you’ve opened the facility?
  • A supraball is used by the yellow ring. What does it have to do with anything?
  • Supraballs bounce back and forth.
  • Look at every nook and cranny.


  • Upgrades to the farm. The struggle to gate for the next bouts is a difficult one. It’s best to simply acquire as many combat improvements as you can.
  • It’s a basic fight: disable four generators and beat Rattlehag.

The Purple MacGuffin’s Journey

  • From this point on, no matter where you are in the game, anything metal is essential. If there’s metal, there’s probably a reason behind it.
  • If you’re close enough, you can move anything metal. Things in the earth are included in this.
  • The anvil must be raised, but not by using the force cube.
  • You must unlock the door to complete the supraball player problem.
  • Your rifle has the potential to damage batteries.
  • On force beams, force cubes may sit.
  • Other things can be moved using force beams.
  • Objects are drawn together by alternative fire. This may happen even if you’re not in front of the item.

Area Carrot

  • Crystals may be recolored. Keep this in mind.
  • A jump pad is required for the barrel.
  • If you strike a tree, the leaves will fall.
  • Speak with each and every NPC.
  • Carrots aren’t destroyed by purple crystals alone.
  • Carrots, indeed, conceal stuff.
  • Remember that you may now shatter pixelated blocks with your sword after you’ve finished with the carrot region.


  • Your mother is capable of pressing buttons, but how can you get her to do so?
  • Keep in mind that your force beam may be used to move boxes.
  • The bridge is being rolled down by a steel ball.
  • In the region on the left, you may win force cube coins.
  • The slots are filled with certain gems. Take a long look into the distant.
  • The ball also slides down the bridge to the throne chamber, although not straight down.
  • What would happen if the ball were to slide down and to the side?
  • Keep in mind that you may activate events from afar.


  • Remember that bullets may be recolored.
  • What is the conductor of electricity?
  • They must be repainted.
  • The green moons are housed in the red crystal tower.

End Boss

  • You don’t recolor yourself using a coloring machine.
  • You can get all the information you need from the NPC.

I realize that many of them are very ambiguous, but part of the joy of the game is finding things out for yourself. If you’re stuck, I hope this helps you get unstuck!

Extra Hints – Major Spoilers

  • Using the force cube and triple leap, you can get to the Red MacGuffin. On the seesaw, you’ll utilize the force cube and then sprint through to the opposite side.
  • The institution has the Blue MacGuffin. You’ll smuggle the supraball into the outer corner and retrieve it from inside. The key may be found at a different corner. To get to the upper region, you’ll toss the supraball through the yellow ring. The lift will be stopped by a force cube.
  • You’ll reach a point after the Blue MacGuffin when the NPC speaks about doors being more than just a means of passage. Because the door is metal, you can float up it if you open it. Following that, the anvil must be raised.
  • Rattlehag has passed the Purple MacGuffin.
  • You have the ability to trample on graves. When the shield is up, you may also bounce on them.
  • To get him inside the church, paint a yellow circle and place it over his head.
  • Purple flies are known to consume carrots. Purple crystals, purple translocator balls, and force beams are all followed by them.
  • Water is a conductor of electricity. In one volcanic level, all you have to do is provide electricity to the water in order to transport it to the next.
  • On the weapons alt-fire, beams dissolve at 128 damage. Each upgrade increases it by a factor of two. It is not required to complete the game.
  • The last problem in Blueville requires a significant amount of effort. With a force cube, place the metal ball on top. Break a hole in the side of the ramp so the ball may descend there, then create a line so the ball falls over the force beam. Then, on the machine, use the force cube to make the ball roll down and complete the circuit.

It’s time to finish the run at Supraland and push for the final goal. Now that you have the advantage of Milly’s Ring on your character, you can clear the way to the end and make it to the final battle.
