If this happens, don’t rush back to the bounty board and start again. First, eliminate the bandits in the dock town, then restart the quest. Finishing the job should be simple without any bandits interfering. Simply keep sprinting to each goal and hitting the mailboxes in the sequence shown below.
The first mailbox is located near a home on the little town’s south side. To get to the second mail box, keep following the pier to the right. It’ll be the one in the extreme north that’s closest to you.
It’s hidden behind a blue house at the end of a dock to the right. To get to the third postal box, swiftly turn around. When you reach the end of the dock, turn right instead of left. Take a right at the top of the stairwell and continue straight until you reach the mailbox. Next to the mailbox will be a rifle chest.
Continue west for a little way after hopping down or taking the stairs. Continue north on the right side of the road. On the dock, take the next right. At the end, you’ll notice a flight of stairs. Following them will lead you to mailbox number four.
Step down to the dock below from the balcony you’re standing on. Follow the pier until you reach the last mailbox at the southwest marker, then turn right at the stairs.
Return to the bounty board to get your prize. You performed a nice job, but don’t expect to be delivering mail any time soon.
