Please keep in mind that, although employing ascetics is a fantastic method to harvest in Dark Souls 2, it makes the Giants stronger, and therefore they may one-shot you. Before proceeding, make sure your character is prepared.

Twinkling titanites may also be obtained from the body underneath the gigantic that holds the Giant Lord. Drop to the ground and go to the damaged stairwell next to the huge corpse with whom you must engage in order to access the memory. There is a body and a wooden platform that provides two Twinkling titanites if you go down it and drop.
Note: Using a powerful bow with poison arrows is a simple method to farm the Giant Lord monster in Memory of Jeign. Dodge the boss’s overhead assault while standing on the platform to his left, then fire him with the arrows. Another good option is to switch to sorcery and use Soul Geyser, which can do up to 3000 damage to most enemies, even Giants.
