Monster Hunter World – Iceborne is the upcoming expansion to Monster Hunter World. It will be released on January 26th, 2019, on all platforms. The expansion allows you to get Felyne Zoomaster. It is a passive skill that increases Felyne’s movement speed. It can be obtained by completing a quest given by the Felyne Elder.
Last week I went to the Nintendo Direct for the upcoming Monster Hunter World Iceborne expansion. I saw a preview of the Felyne Zoomaster skill, and was impressed by the hype. This skill allows you to zoom in on the hunting map, which is amazing. The next thing I noticed was the weapon upgrade requirements for this skill. This skill requires you to hit a set of specific weapon upgrade requisites. The requirements are as follows:
You will get the skill “Zoomaster” from “felynes” by doing “Journey quests” and “Fever quest”.
Are you weary of attempting to capture those annoying animals yet they refuse to appear? If you’re looking for trophies and accomplishments, there are quite a number of them.
There is, however, a simpler method to go about it, but it is not ensure that they would appear; I mean, I’ve had the talent active many times and still haven’t been able to capture the animals. Also, in order for the skill to spawn, you must spend a Voucher, which if you’ve been playing the game for as long as I have, you should have enough of. When you dine at the Canteen using a Voucher, the relevant Skill will be activated.
Let’s get started, shall we?
So, what does the Zoomaster Skill entail? It is believed to enhance the possibilities of epidemic life spawning, according to the description. As a result, any uncommon animals have a better probability of appearing.
Now there is a few steps you need to do in order to obtain it.
STEP 1: SIDE INQUIRIES
You must accomplish many tasks given by the Chef chef in Seliana in order to boost your ingredients supply. There are about 3-4 in total.
REACH OF THE HOARFROST
The remainder of the quest will now take place at Hoarfrost Reach. Keep in mind, however, that you don’t want to show up at the place like an idiot. You must ensure that the region passes the check, as seen in the picture above. When it reads Flourishing Butterbur, it means that the plants we desire will spawn. If it doesn’t mention that, go on to another place and check again; the loading times should provide fresh descriptions for the sites.
You may go to the Reach once it says Butterbur. Return to the place shown in the above picture. You’ll come across an area that looks like this around there.
You should be able to see tiny bugs that you may leap and swing to and from; there should be many of them, and you should reach as high as possible to jump onto a higher region. There will most likely be several cats in the next region as well.
At the end of the route, there will be many walls that you must climb and leap from; it will be difficult, but persevere.
Now there will be a rush of wind flowing up from the earth on this next platform every now and then; you should wait for this to happen and then ride it to the level above. The Butterbut plants may be found on this next level, and they are required components for the Zoomaster talent.
FOLIAGE THAT HAS BEEN FROZEN
Your last ingredient may now be found in the same location (Hoarfrost Reach). This plant, however, will only spawn when the location changes from Flourishing Butterbur to Frozen Foliage, at which point it will go to the place shown above, which should be a camp site.
Follow the route down and to the right from here, keeping an eye out on the left side for a tiny hole you may climb through.
Check all of the trees in this area for the final component; there should be a lot of them. Then return to the kitchen and prepare that Felyne Zoomaster meal in the hopes of catching those elusive animals! Best of luck!
