Guide Update (This guide is meant to be updated from time to time, but it is not necessary. You need to do the get the journal notes to be able to get the journal cards you need for this to be useful, and you have to have done the quest “The Tasks of the First Runners” to be able to find the journal notes, which you need in order to progress in the game.)
This is a guide to help people who are using Outriders 2 the different locations they should go to collect their journal notes. I have edited a short video on youtube showing all the notes that are in the level 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3. (Link Below)
Outriders is a roguelite game (I know, you probably would not have guessed that) developed by Glitchy Pixel where you take on the role of the “guardian” and embark on a quest to retrieve lost artifacts. The game will begin with you having to make your way through a long and twisting maze of corridors, fighting enemies and trying to find the exit.
Journals and Notes are often dispersed across the Outrider and Enoch worlds; however, they are not indicated on the map, making them difficult to locate.
You will, however, find all of the required Journals and Notes inside The Gate here. There are two to be discovered and gathered in total.

- Sculptures of Horror is located at Horrific Sculptures.
- INFO: Find and locate a pair of stairs adjacent to a treasure chest after fighting with the waves of attackers. The collectable may be found here.
SARAH TANNER’S LETTER #2
- Sculptures of Horror is located at Horrific Sculptures.
- INFO: Find and locate the enemy vehicle using the final collectable. There should be an abandoned camp beside this vehicle, where the last collectable may be discovered.
