In 2018, Sony revealed a new gaming console called the Playstation 5, which is rumored to be in production. According to the console’s codename, the PS5 will be launched in the year 2020. But before the console’s official release, Sony will launch a beta of the new console first for developers.

The PlayStation 5 (PS5) is the codename for Sony’s upcoming video game console. It is expected to be unveiled during the 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo, held in June 2019. The PS5 is expected to be released in 2020. Article: http://akiba.g15tools.com/blog_view/ps5-beta-testing-announced-for-2020

After more than a year of speculation, Sony has finally committed to releasing its long-awaited PlayStation 5 (PS5) console in 2020. “PlayStation is the world’s leading interactive entertainment company, with a portfolio of the best-known, highest-quality brands, including PlayStation, PlayStation Network, PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Vue, PlayStation Video, PlayStation VR and PlayStation Music,” the company stated in a press release.

Mark Cerny, the main member of Playstation’s architectural design team, said that beta testing for PS5 titles should begin before the end of the year.

On the “Road To PS5” Livestream, Mark Cerny said that game betas for the next system are anticipated to be available before the end of the year. He also said that the PS5 would be released “before the end of the year.”

What does PS5 beta testing entail?

Over the past year, we’ve been given a sneak peek at some of the upcoming PS5 titles. Despite the fact that we don’t know which of these games will be released in beta this year, we’re certain that we’ll get a look at some of them over the 2020 holiday season. One of these games may be Godfall, a PlayStation exclusive. Gearbox’s latest invention is described as a third-person “loot-slasher,” a game that has both solo and cooperative action.

However, it isn’t the only possible game we’re aware of. This Christmas season, Square Enix is expected to release “Outriders,” a new game from People Can Fly, the creators of Bulletstorm. The game is focused on the battle between the last surviving humanity and wicked extraterrestrial predators.

Aside from these solitary games, multiplayer internet games may also be in the works. Take, for example, Ubisoft Studios’ new horror take on Rainbow Six Siege, “Rainbow Six Quarantine.”

Following these discussions, Cerny referenced Ray-Tracing technology being utilized in games, but it’s unclear if these are titles designed especially for the PS5 or games that have just been optimized for the PS5.

Mark Cerny also made a brief remark on the PS5 system’s new loading screens, as well as how the new console has greatly decreased copying delays. He goes on to say how unlikely it is that we will no longer have fixes, updates, or downloads as we know them today.

Sony has announced that gamers will be able to test out the PS5’s camera and video recording capabilities for the first time in 2020. The PlayStation 5 will be released in late 2020, and Sony says that gamers will be able to help test out PS5 games’ video capture and switching capabilities..
