Friends With Benefits is a Trophy Achievement for Red Dead Redemption 2 that requires you to go on a date with a women and have a romantic moment with her. Getting this Achievement won’t require you to go to date a certain type of women, you can get it with any woman and at any date with her.

You must accomplish several tasks for your friends; for the Trophy/Achievement, you must complete about three missions, one for each Camp. This implies that throughout Chapters 2, 3, and 4, you must accomplish one Companion task. All of these are easily missed, so be cautious!
1) Lenny’s Five Finger Fillet
CHAPTER 2 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED MISSABLE: Yes
INFO: You must first play some Dominoes at your Camp in order to trigger this quest; this will most likely be with a different partner. However, it activates the opportunity to play micro games, which is exactly what we need; thus, play at least one Dominoes game before leaving. Relax at your Camp until the choice to play Five Finger Fillet with Lenny comes on the map; this may take some time, but as long as you remain around Camp and rest until the option occurs, you should be OK. It’s a completely random spawn.
2) Robbery in the House – Sean
CHAPTER 3 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED MISSABLE: Yes
INFO: This appears on the map at random, so keep an eye on the Camp. It appeared in Chapter 3 for me. When it happens, Sean will want to embark on a heist expedition to finish the objective.
3) Pearson – Hunting
CHAPTER 4 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED MISSABLE: Yes
INFO: Another random spawn, so stay close to the Camp. It will eventually spawn, and you will be able to finish it. Pearson will be wandering about the lake, and your mission will be to follow him and gather Alligator Eggs.
4) Charles enjoys hunting.
CHAPTER 2 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED MISSABLE: Yes
INFO: This is a random spawn, just like the others, so make sure to stick around Camp. During Chapter 2, I was able to activate this. Charles will want to go hunting for many bison, so finish this, which is a very simple task to get out of the way!
