In a press release issued today, December 9th, 2017, Ubisoft announced that the “Steep” Open Beta, which will begin today, will be the game’s first beta with the addition of the new Steep Mountain Expansion Pack. This free add-on aims to take players soaring to new heights in the Alps, as they ride the wings of a paraglider over the Alps as part of the Parachute Pack. The Parachute Pack also includes a new, more advanced Parachute skill for players to master, and the Parachute Pack is available for free to all players who purchase the Season Pass.
It has been awhile since the news about Steep and G15. Steep is the upcoming open world snowboarding/paragliding/mountaineering game from Ubisoft, and G15 is a new keyboard from the French company, which has its own cloud service. Over the past few years, Ubisoft has been working on Steep, and they have been using G15 to test and refine the game’s key features.
Steep is a game that recently had a free open beta on PC before releasing the full game on December 20, 2017. The Steep open beta was available for both the PS4 and Xbox One as well as on Windows and Mac. The full game will be available to all on January 12, 2018..
