Total War: Warhammer II is a historical fantasy strategy game that focuses on tactical battles and the interplay of magic and factions. It was developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega in 2016 under the Creative Assembly label.

Total War: Warhammer II is one of the best strategy games out there. The game is different from most others in that each side follows a different lore with different units, spells, and monsters. In this game the elves are the main race and the game focuses on the rivalry between them.

We have three DLC packs planned for Total War: Warhammer II as part of its regular DLC schedule, and the latest of these is The Revenge of the Witch King – which focuses on the rivalry between the High Elves and the Dark Elves. It doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone that, when it comes to your character’s race for the throne in the Warhammer world, Dark Elves have the upper hand. Being the dominant power for centuries to come, it’s time for the Dark Elves to end the reign of the High Elves, and that’s exactly what The Revenge of the Witch King is about.

Total War: Warhammer 2 was arguably one of the best strategy games of 2017 and this month, it’s getting some new DLC in the form of The Queen & The Crone, which adds a Legendary Lord each to the High Elves and the Dark Elves, as well as some new quest chains.

In the Eye of the Vortex and Mortal Empires campaigns, Everqueen Alarielle of the High Elves and Hag-Queen Hellebron of the Dark Elves will have their own skill trees and magic items, as well as sub-factions with elite troops.

The Queen & The Crone will set you back for P259.95, though price will naturally vary for players from other regions. Order before May 31st and you’ll get a 10% discount.

“Throughout the realms of Avelorn, the very presence of Everqueen Alarielle gives immense pleasure and serenity to the Elven havens,” Total War studio Creative Assembly said of the DLC’s narrative. Something evil is stirring across the Great Ocean in Naggaroth’s dark realms. Crone Hellebron, the Hag-Queen, commands a deadly army of Dark Elves out of a jealous fury to destroy all beauty from the earth.

“Alarielle will go to the battlefield in this moment of great danger, because only she can defeat this darkness and protect Ulthuan from the impure’s ravages.”

The Elves, dominate the world of Total War: Warhammer 2, and that’s not just the name of one of the factions in the game. It’s a claim you can make with confidence as they can be found on nearly every battlefield in the game. In the game, the Elves have a distinctive set of powers that set them apart from other races in the game. They can continue to show friendly fire signs (even after they are dead), they can summon their dead to their side, and they even have a special unit that can wipe the floor with any other race’s hero units. When it comes to the new campaign DLC, The Old World, it’s about who can survive and thrive in the harsh conditions of The Old World..
