Hunters and Cat Palico’s get a lot of content in MHW, but it can be a little confusing to figure out what/how to obtain the Palico abilities you want.
For Monster Hunter World, you can choose only one weapon type for your character, either a ranged weapon or a close-combat weapon. You can, however, have two Palico companions equipped with ranged weapons. The main advantage to having ranged weapons is you can deal with monsters that are out of your reach, such as the Elder Dragon. However, it’s difficult to kill these monsters at first, and even if you manage to weaken them, it will take a while due to their high defense.
It’s been almost two months since the release of Monster Hunter World and the MHW craze hasn’t slowed down, though it has been somewhat tempered by the release of the much anticipated Palico Cat.
As you go through the globe of (MHW) Monster Hunter World, you will eventually discover more about your lovely friend, the Palico cat, who is, let’s face it, the greatest part of the game.
You will need to outfit them with better equipment such as the Plunderblade, Choral Orchestra, and so on since it is a great companion and one that may really become very helpful. These are also quite useful in combat since they may heal you, stun your opponents, and so on.
So, where may these much-needed Palico gear and equipment be obtained? Hopefully, the information in the tutorial below will help you out with that.
Ancient Forest Quest from 00:00 to 5:12 (Flashfly Cage) Wildspire Waste Quest (5:12–12:58) (Shieldspire) Rotten Vale Quest (12:58 – 20:00) (Plunderblade) Coral Highlands Quest (from 20:00 to 27:08) (Coral Orchestra) Elder Recess Quest (27:08) (Meowlotov Cocktail)
