Inside The Game

Apex Legends has been one of the most popular games of the year, and with the early access player base approaching that of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), the developers at Respawn have an opportunity to make the game a huge success. In order for them to do that, they will need to continue to add new content and features to the game that keeps players engaged and coming back.

Apex Legends is a battle royale game released in early 2019, and it quickly became the most popular free-to-play game on Steam. While it may not be the most anticipated game of 2019, the game has proven to be a critical hit among casual and competitive players alike.

Apex Legends is one of the latest additions to the battle royale genre, and it’s been generating a lot of hype lately. Originally, this game was supposed to release around March 2019, but now it’s just a few weeks away. I’ve been playing it, and I’d have to say that it’s a fun game, but it’s not quite there yet. There are a lot of problems that need to be fixed and some features that should have been added.

The Battle Pass will be available in March.

This week, Apex Legends has taken the Internet by storm.

Within 24 hours of its debut, Respawn’s Titanfall universe’s “Battle Royale” has racked up one million unique gamers. It has even risen to the top of Twitch.tv’s popularity rankings.

EA and Respawn have published a road plan for the game’s first year, amid the surge of fans aiming to become the next Apex Champion.

The Apex Legends season one battle pass will have the following features.

Battle Passes for Apex Legends

Throughout 2019, four Battle Passes will be released: in March, June, September, and December. New Legends (playable characters), weapons, and treasure will be introduced throughout each of these months.

Following in the footsteps of Fortnite, the Battle Pass is intended to be a comparable monetisation mechanism.

According to the Apex Legends Frequently Asked Questions,

“The Battle Pass is a seasonal system that rewards gamers with unique cosmetic items,” according to the official website.

“These prizes are a combination of Apex Packs and unique seasonal cosmetics. Through regular play, any player may unlock some of these goods each season; those who buy the Battle Pass can earn everything available that season, which is approximately 100 distinct rewards.”

New Legends (character classes) will be sealed behind Battle Passes, which was a major worry among gamers. Respawn has confirmed that the Legends would not be included in the Battle Pass, which is primarily focused on cosmetic goods and Apex Packs.

“No, the Battle Pass will not contain Legends. Players that purchase the Battle Pass get unique cosmetic items and Apex Packs.

Below is a snapshot of the roadmap. On Origin, Apex Legends is now accessible.

At the beginning of 2017, the PlayStation Plus subscription is running in its newest lineup, which means you can count on new games to arrive on May 1st before the month ends. It is also worth noting that the games list for the month of April included a plethora of first-time titles, including Ghost of Tsushima, a new game from the makers of Sucker Punch.

Sony’s PlayStation Plus service is one of the most popular subscription services for gamers, offering discounts on downloadable games and other perks. This month’s line-up for Plus members is a mixed bag, which should please some PS Plus subscribers but disappoint others. Here’s a rundown of what you can expect from Sony’s next month.

Today we are going to take a look at the latest PS4 games on the PS+ Games list for May 2017. If you are looking for a new PS4 game and haven’t already read the full article then please click on the link below.

May begins next week, and PlayStation Plus members will get access to two fantastic games: Abzu and Tales from the Borderlands.

Abzu is an underwater adventure game that was released in August 2016 for PS4 and PC. You play as a diver discovering aquatic life. We played it and felt it was a fantastic way to lose yourself.

Tales from the Borderlands is an episodic adventure from Telltale Games and Gearbox Software that flawlessly captures the tone and humour of the Borderlands series while also keeping you on edge with the decisions you make for the characters you’ll love after you’ve completed all five episodes.

PS4 players will have access to the free games coming to Vita users thanks to the cross-buy scheme. Laser Disco Defenders, a bullet-hell shooter by Bounds Games, and Type: Rider, a platformer from Ex Nihilo, are both available on the PlayStation Vita.

Blood Knights, a hack-and-slash action game from Deck13 Interactive, and Port Royale 3: Pirates and Merchants, a simulation game by Gaming Minds, will be available to PlayStation subscribers.

Next Tuesday, May 2nd, PlayStation Plus members will be able to download all of these free titles for their respective platforms (Or Wednesday, May 3, for those in Asia).

With that in mind, don’t forget to grab the April games before they become available.

Following the release of Overwatch’s Legendary Edition, players have been speculating about Genji’s iconic ninja star. Now, a company called “BIC” has successfully made a fidget spinner that features the Shuriken weapon from the game. The spinner comes with a stainless steel frame, a hinge, a bearing, three bearings, and a pin. The Genji Shuriken Fidget Spinner is available in three color options: bronze, silver, and gold.

Overwatch Genji Shuriken Fidget Spinners |  Throwing shurikens with a flick of the wrist can be a fun distraction for some people to keep their hands busy. For others, it’s a way to focus on something other than the stress and worries of everyday life. Genji’s Shuriken is an excellent tool for fidgeting with, as it spins in place and can be spun both ways with one hand, which makes the Shuriken easy to hold and spin simultaneously. You can also adjust the length of the Shuriken by removing the string from the end.

Overwatch fans can spin and spin their shuriken with this amazing Overwatch Genji Shuriken fidget spinner. It is a great way to practice your aim with your fingers and to get the Overwatch fidget spinner spinning at the same time.

Bandai Namco is known for making a few awesome games, but they are now going to the next level by creating a brand new IP. Code Vein is a 3D action RPG, in which the player will get to fight in a demon infested world. It is set to release in 2018, and since we are talking about Bandai Namco, I am sure that this game will be amazing as well.

Bandai Namco has announced Code Vein, which is not much of a surprise, since they have been making games for a long time. I have been a fan of the company’s games ever since I first played Tales of Symphonia on the GameCube.  As for the game itself, Bandai Namco describes it as, “a new IP set in a post-apocalyptic action RPG world. Code Vein is an action RPG where players are forced to make tough decisions as they fight through blood-soaked dungeons battling against the damned. The game will feature a heavy focus on co-op, with up to four players working together to take on the dangers of the world and more.”

Bandai Namco has unveiled a new project named Code Vein. Code Vein is a new action role-playing game, and will be published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Code Vein is one of the few games that Bandai Namco has announced in 2018.

Bandai Namco gave us a sneak peek at their upcoming project last week, which you can see above. The phrase “Prepare To Dine” was used, and some speculate that this is From Software’s next project after finishing the Souls series with the release of Dark Souls 3’s last DLC.

Now, Bandai has revealed the project, which is titled Code Vein and is being developed by the same people that worked on God Eater.

It’s a vampire-themed action-RPG in which you play as a Revenant in a not-too-distant future when a catastrophe has essentially destroyed the planet. You will be a member of Vein, a Revenant society that seems to be the final bastion for those still waging the good fight in this planet. You’re joined by the inhabitants of Vein in your quest to unravel the world’s secrets.

The word “revenants” conjures up images of super-vampires. They may drain blood from opponents with the use of Blood Veils, which improves their powers. Gifts are the game’s abilities, and players may experiment with a variety of play styles. They didn’t go into depth about the various Gifts you may play with in the information given, but based on the screenshots, there seems to be a fair range of weapons to wield.

Bandai Namco describes it as a “tough action-RPG,” although it’s unclear if it’ll be on par with the Souls series, or even harder.

Every time I play XCOM 2, I have to turn off the game’s Ironman Mode which makes the game a lot more challenging. Here’s my strategy for how to beat the game without turning play through Ironman Mode.

A couple of months ago the game XCOM 2 was released, and I got my hands on the Limited Edition of the game. I was very excited to get there hands on this game because of the X-COM story is one of my favorites of all time. With this game being a sequel to the original X-COM game, I knew it was going to be a fantastic game. So when the release day came, I was very excited, and I went straight to my computer, and started playing.

Two-point-five hours ago, I pushed the launch button on my PC for XCOM 2. I registered for the game on Steam just three days ago and it’s been the main factor in my gaming schedule for two weeks. However, this is a personal game with a personal story. The Ironman mode changes everything.

As we fight back against the alien threat, join Dan (and XCOM).

As Dan (and you!) go to the streets, construct a hellicarrier, and more, keep an eye on them. Because we’re playing Ironman mode, you can mostly sit back and watch me make tactical choices that have long-term consequences. That implies there will be no take-backsies.

Additional resistance groups emerge in order to remove the alien menace on Earth in XCOM® 2: War of the Chosen, which offers a lot of new material to the battle against ADVENT. As a result, a new foe known as the “Chosen” arises with just one aim in mind: to retake the Commander. This expansion adds new Hero classes to combat the “Chosen,” as well as new adversaries, objectives, and locations, as well as more strategic gameplay complexity.

Konami is a company that prides itself on its ability to surprise. After all, that’s why we call them the “Kuniochi.” But in the case of Metal Gear Survive, they managed this feat by breaking every rule in the book. Charging $10 for a save slot in a game that already retails for $40 is not only a slap in the face to the consumer, but the console gaming community as a whole. The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One was rightfully lauded after it was revealed to include a free save slot for every player. Although it’s not the only console game to offer this benefit, it’s the only example that did so for all the players, and

Konami’s latest survival game, Metal Gear Survive, came out on Friday and fans have been furious about the $10 MSRP for save slots. While the game is practical and fun, Konami’s pricing strategy has been a major point of contention for fans.

As if a roundabout way of getting paid for free DLC wasn’t enough, Konami has started charging $10 for what is ostensibly a free save slot for the game, Metal Gear Survive. The charge is justified by Konami’s claim that the save slot is necessary to ensure players don’t leave the game mid-way through.

If you don’t want to remove your first Metal Gear Survive character, it will cost you $10.

Maintaining your current character entails generating a fresh save file for your new one. Each additional save space costs 1,000 Survival coins, according to IGN. For $9.99, you can get 1,150 coins.

The existence of microtransactions in Metal Gear Survive was confirmed last month, but not all of the specifics of what you might buy with them — such as save files — were revealed. Though it seems a little extravagant to label $10 a “micro” game when the game itself costs $39.99 USD.

Microtransactions are all too prevalent in video games these days. Most are pretty innocuous (in comparison), but every now and again, a publisher will produce a micro-transaction that will make you throw your hands up in disgust. Metal Gear Survive by Konami accomplished just that.

Gamers have gone to Reddit and Twitter to voice their displeasure at Konami’s actions.

Gamers: Lootboxes are a plague on videogames, and EA is the filth of the gaming industry. It can’t possibly be much worse.

Konami’s practice of charging for SAVE SLOTS is reprehensible and hard to justify. Anyone who does so will be judged for the rest of their lives. This is really amazing.

February 23, 2018 — Matteo? (@ElderFMC)

We’ve spoken about in-game transactions before on the Game Club podcast, and it’s obvious that each player has a certain amount of tolerance. After EA’s Star Wars Battlefront issue and the oft-forgotten Oblivion’Horse Armour’scandal, in-game purchases don’t seem to be going away anytime soon.

What are your thoughts?

This week, Metal Gear Survive was launched on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Metal Gear Survive does not require money for save slots.

Is Metal Gear Survive pay to win?

Metal Gear Survive has been met with mixed reviews, but it is not a flop.

The Australian Strongest Man, Patrick “Big Pat” Sandilands, has won the 2018 World’s Strongest Man competition, taking home the crown for the fifth time in his career.

What does it take to be the strongest man in the world? Well, it’s not easy. If you’re 120kg (265 lbs) and can pull a car, you’ll do fine. But to pull a giant 8-tonne tank, you’ll need to have the right training. And so that’s just what Nathan Norris, Australia’s strongest man, did earlier this week.

In Australia, the world champion of the Strongest Man competition is Rob Waddell. He has pulled an eight-tonne tank.

Eddie Williams of the Central Coast, New South Wales, has won the ‘World of Tanks PC Tank Pull’ at the Arnold Pro Strongman Australia in Melbourne in front of a huge audience, which included proud tank owner Arnold Schwarzenegger.

To commemorate the impending release of World of Tanks 1.0, eleven of the world’s strongest men were challenged to pull an eight-tonne FV102 Striker tank over a ten-meter distance and establish a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSTM title for Fastest time to pull a tank over ten meters.

Williams, 27, pulled the tank 10 metres in 36.65 seconds, potentially establishing a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title*, with Trey Mitchell of the United States finishing in second in 46.16 seconds.

“I really wanted it,” Williams remarked after the event. “Now I can brag about winning the world’s first-ever tank pull,” Eddie remarked.

“Today we saw the real strength of the tank with the world’s strongest soldiers put to the test,” stated Alexander de Giorgio, Regional Publishing Director for World of Tanks. We hope that World of Tanks PC enthusiasts are anticipating the release of 1.0 later this month.”

In August, I wrote a blog entry with a list of the best way to level up in 5e D&D. I wanted to keep that list updated, but it was taking forever. So, I decided to make an app.

Since the release of D&D 5E, the popularity of the game has skyrocketed, so much so that it’s now being referred to as the new ‘monopoly’ in the gaming world. However, many new players are intimidated by the sheer number of classes, subclasses, and classes within classes. What are these? Why are they important? How do they all fit together? Answers to these questions and more can be found in this article.

When the 5th edition of the Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) Players Handbook was released in 2014, it introduced a host of new rules and mechanics, as well as a multitude of new classes. If you’re new to the game or looking for some inspiration when creating a character, this collection provides an excellent overview of all the available options.

Looking for guides on how to best optimise or build a class or concept in your D&D 5th Edition game?

For your next Dungeons & Dragons character, there are a variety of class manuals available. Enworld deserves credit for initiating this project.

The Game Awards 2017 is going to be the best show in the gaming industry this year. It is going to be a great way to see the best of the best in the gaming industry. This year, From Software will be teasing their next project. This could be a new game, a new DLC, or a new IP. The only thing we know is that it is coming in 2017.

Games are meant to be fun. Sometimes, the fun is in the journey, where you experience something novel, something that was created just for you. In the other case, the fun is in the reward, and that’s where the real fun comes in. We live in a world where we get rewarded for our skills and effort, and when you have fun playing a game, you’re bound to have a good time. There’s nothing wrong for a gamer to enjoy the journey meant for fun, but there is something wrong when you get bored with the reward.

After the announcement of Project Death Star, the most anticipated game of 2017, gamers went crazy with the news. Some speculated that the game was a new project, while others believe it was just a teaser for something much bigger. What exactly is Project Death Star? According to the game maker From Software, it’s a free-to-play RPG that takes place in a dark post-apocalyptic Earth that’s been ravaged by a mysterious meteorite, a bleak future where humanity has been divided into clans, and the epic battle between the clans for survival.

From Software debuted a teaser for their next project at the 2017 Game Awards. What was briefly seen above, clocking in at less than 30 seconds, hinting at it potentially being a sequel to the PS4 exclusive Bloodborne.

Because there isn’t much information at the present, this may still be a new Souls series or perhaps a new Armored Core, which is still possible. Fans were recently reassured by From Software through Twitter that a new Armored Core game might be on the way.

Disney has shuttered Marvel Heroes developer Gazillion Entertainment . The studio, the development team behind the massively multiplayer online superhero RPG, will cease operations and go dormant. Marvel Heroes, which was released in 2016, was a free-to-play game that featured a roster of playable Marvel superheroes. Gazillion, which launched its first MMO game, Marvel Universe Online, in 2010, has now been acquired by Disney Interactive and will be reworked into a new, unspecified project.

Disney has officially shut down Marvel Heroes for everyone, just one year after its release. The game had a rocky start, as Disney had to shut the service down twice to fix exploits. The original shutdown happened in late 2016, when hackers managed to trick the game into giving them free power. The game was shut down for 30 days to fix the issue, but it was re-opened after the fix had been applied.

Truth or Dare is a popular game for kids. It has its origins in the 16th century and has been popular ever since. The game is played by two or more players, with each player having a hand of cards, playing a role in the game. The roles consist of “Dare” and “Truth”. The dares are many, but the truth is always the same. Each player must say something true about themselves, and if they say the truth they are removed from the game. If they dare a player they must take a turn of the cards from the main deck, and if they dare someone else, they must take a card from the other person’s hand. If a player does not dare

Disney and Marvel announced today that its partnership with Gazillion Entertainment, the California-based developer of the superhero MMO Marvel Heroes, will be ending. Disney and Marvel wrote in an e-mail:

“We hate to tell our Marvel Heroes fans that our partnership with Gazillion Entertainment has come to an end, and the Marvel Heroes games will be discontinued. We’d want to congratulate everyone who has joined the Marvel Heroes community, and we’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.”

Marvel Heroes was a free-to-play PC game released in 2013 that served as a kind of “Marvel Diablo,” allowing you to point and click your way through super-powered battles over a range of stages based on comic book events.

Scarlet Witch, Blade, She-Hulk, and Nova were among the playable characters in the game, which also included Spider-Man and the Avengers. Marvel Heroes Omega made its console premiere in June of last year.

Weekly community emails on game updates ceased arriving, and the game fell silent on all of its social media platforms, indicating that something was wrong. It also failed to provide its usual Halloween update, and the anticipated Thor Ragnarok tie-in content never materialized. Two community managers vanished from the forums, which did not bode well.

Neither Disney nor Gazillion have given a date for when Marvel Heroes’ services and servers will be shut down.
