I’ve been playing Injustice: Gods Among Us for a while now, but I’ve been having a big problem with 40% combos. I’ve been trying to get a 1-meter combo for a good amount of time now, and I don’t think I’ve been able to pull it off, even with the 2 meter characters. I’m talking about the 100% combo, but I’ve been getting the 40% ones, which are just as hard to get.

Sometimes when you’re playing in the Injustice game mode, you’ll find that you get a combo that’s just a little bit higher than you can get in regular mode. Instead of thinking that you’ve got a very nice combo, you should think of it as a big boost for your score. Once you start thinking like that, you’ll find that you can start getting harder 1-meter combos.

The Injustice: Gods Among Us roster is bursting with awesome moves, combos, and gadgets. But for every spectacular play, there are always some characters that feel like they only exist as a means to an end. The following is a list of characters with 1-meter combos that are not depicted in the official Injustice: Gods Among Us strategy guide.

After I received the 1.02 update for Injustice: Gods Among Us and decided to check out the Flashpoint Batman outfit that came with it, I put together this short combination movie. While playing around in training mode, I figured out some 40-or-so percent combinations utilizing one bar and no interactables. I cheated, to be sure. The last combination employs two meter bars.

Blizzard has finally addressed the players’ pleas for more legacy servers with a blog post that reads: “We also cannot ignore the sentiment of our players, acknowledging that we have heard them, and that there are many of you who miss the opportunity to play the games you want with your friends on a dedicated server. We are currently investigating ways to provide that experience.”

Blizzard finally responded to the petition calling for their decision to move forward with the Legacy Servers (also known as the Diablo 3 Servers) and the new Diablo 3 rumors that are surfacing. The company responded to the petition on their blog, stating that they have “no plans” to ever shut down the Legacy Servers. The petition was started in August of 2013 by a group of Diablo 3 players who were all very disappointed in the company’s unwillingness to continue supporting the Diablo 3 alpha and beta phases, as well as the lack of possible content updates.

In the past few months, the Destiny 2 community had been trying to get Blizzard to comment on the possibility of creating legacy servers for Destiny 2.

Earth, Storm, and Fire… Blizzard Responds to the Legacy Server Debate – Heed My Call

J. Allen Brack, executive producer and Vice President of World of Warcraft, has finally issued a comment in response to the 240,000-signature ‘Legacy Server’ petition.

Blizzard has been considering the idea of introducing old servers for years, according to Brack.

The response goes into great detail about Blizzard’s position on the matter, including why Nostralrius couldn’t continue with their private server; why Blizzard can’t simply create a classic server; and the concept of a “pristine realm,” a realm where all of World of Warcraft’s new features would be turned off.

“We looked at possibilities for building traditional servers, but none of them seemed feasible. We’d do it if we could press a button and everything would appear. However, merging old servers poses significant operational difficulties, not to mention the continuing maintenance of several live versions for every element of WoW.”

What is a Legacy Server, exactly?

Some World of Warcraft (or any video game) gamers are uninterested in the most recent expansions, or think that recent upgrades have made things worse, and that things were better “back in the day.”

Nostalrius Vanilla WoW

Players may join to these private servers to get their Warcraft ‘fix,’ as groups have set up ‘Private Servers’ that run a vanilla version of WoW (no expansions), and players can connect to these private servers to get their Warcraft ‘fix.’

Some people on private vanilla WoW servers say that they’d rather pay a subscription fee to play on an official Blizzard vanilla server or ‘Legacy Server’. The petition was to request that Blizzard offer some legacy servers that would offer a vanilla World of Warcraft experience.

Blizzard has said time and time again that they have no interest in maintaining legacy servers for earlier expansions, claiming that there aren’t enough players who want to play on them anyhow.

Others argue that the popularity of private servers like Nostalrius is a counter-example.

What is the significance of Nostralrius?

There was a private server named Nostalrius that offered a free vanilla World of Warcraft experience.

With over a million registered accounts, about 100k active players, and around 15k individuals logged in at peak hours, Nostalrius has been a huge success. This server, Nostalrius, has been sued and ordered to be taken down.

Nostalrius Vanilla WoW

Blizzard has a history of opposing private servers, and I think they have utilized the legal system to effectively shut them down in the past. Some speculated that Nostalrius might escape this fate by locating in France rather than the United States (where Blizzard is headquartered), but this does not seem to be the case.

The Nostalrius crew took great care not to profit from this, yet it isn’t enough to stay under the radar.

Brack explains why Blizzard can’t ignore them or any other private server in his statement:

“Why not simply let Nostalrius go on as before? The truth is that failing to defend Blizzard’s rights against intellectual property infringement would be detrimental. This includes unofficial servers and anything else that utilizes WoW’s IP. And, although we’ve looked at it, there isn’t a clear legal way to safeguard Blizzard’s IP while also granting a pirate server an operating license.”

On April 10th, the Nostalrius private WoW server was shut down.

‘Legion,’ the next expansion for World of Warcraft, will be released on August 30th of this year.

In Bioshock Infinite , you play as Booker Dewitt, a man who had a chance encounter with a woman named Elizabeth — then had a series of unfortunate events take place, leaving him as an old man trapped in 1912, with the knowledge of events that occurred in the intervening period. The game’s story is grounded in reality, inasmuch as you experience the actual events of the story, but the universe of Columbia is created by the minds of Ken Levine and his team at Irrational Games .

Sucker Punch Productions’ Bioshock Infinite was released earlier this year and is one of my favorite (and most anticipated) games of the year. The combat mechanics are very good and the story, while somewhat linear, is told really well. I did have a few issues with the ending, though. There was no real wow factor finale to the story, and it was a little disappointing. I think the game ended at just the right spot, though.

The last video in the Heavy Hitters introductory video series was recently published by Irrational Games. This video series takes a closer look at the Heavy Hitters that you’ll encounter in Bioshock Infinite. You should see what the Big Daddy and Big Sister have in store for us if you thought the Big Daddy and Big Sister’s were terrible.

I’m really looking forward to this game. I’m becoming more excited about this game as I learn more about it. Bioshock Infinite will be released on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 16, 2012.

Minecraft is a game that has quickly become a popular sensation in the video games industry. The game itself is a sandbox video game commonly played with other players on multiplayer servers. It is very similar to “The Sims” game series, but not quite the same. There are many blocky game variations of Minecraft, ranging from games where you move blocks to games where you create different complex creations. There are also certain projects that have their own creative differences, such as “Minicraft”, a project where Minecraft is played in a certain way.

It’s been known for a very long time that there’s something special about Zelda, the classic Nintendo game where you explore Hyrule and save Princess Zelda who is being held captive by The Great Ganon. But what does it mean that Zelda is so special? Is it just nostalgia and love of a game? Or is it something more, like a connection between the game and its players, or even a connection between the game and reality? I’m going to talk about this in my new post about Zelda and Minecraft, which is a video game where you have to build things out of blocks.

It was just a silly idea at first. I mean, really? A game based on the wonderful Zelda series, made to fit into Minecraft’s world? But all my friends were doing it, and it was a really fun game. So a week or so ago, I decided to make it happen. I googled “Zelda + Minecraft = Minicraft / Minitale” and found a link to a website called Minicraft, where I found a wonderful place for this idea. I then took a screenshot of the link and posted it on my blog.

Notch, the inventor of Minecraft, took part in the 48-hour game creation challenge, which required creators to create a game from the ground up in only two days. Markus “Notch” Persson created a top-down Zelda-style game with Minecraft-like crafting features.

This game was formerly known as “Minicraft,” but Notch has now tweeted that it will now be known as “MiniTale,” and has even secured a.com and.net domain for it. He also said that there would be a sequel to this game, implying that MiniTale will be released in its entirety in the near future.

You may play the game for free right now.

PlayStation 4’s Uncharted 3 multiplayer beta test is coming. But if you want to play it, you’ll need a PlayStation Plus subscription. Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will be the only Uncharted game to require a PlayStation Plus subscription when it’s released in 2014. When Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune launched in 2007, it required a PlayStation Network pass to play online. In 2010, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves required a PSN account to play online, but Naughty Dog later changed the policy after fan feedback.

Last year, Naughty Dog revealed a new PlayStation 4 exclusive project: Uncharted 3. The game will be available exclusively on PS3, and will be the final entry in the series. However, the series’ co-creators, Amy Hennig and Bruce Straley, took to the stage during the PS4 reveal, revealing the game would be open world. Details of the game were scarce at the time, but now, quite a bit of info has been revealed. Naughty Dog is confirming multiplayer will be a feature of the game, with a multiplayer pass required for online multiplayer.

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is one of the most anticipated games of the year, especially for those that enjoyed the previous two games, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. But it appears that not everyone will be able to play the multiplayer aspects of the game without an online pass.

This comes as no surprise, given that Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is one of Sony’s most popular PS3 games this year. Each copy of Uncharted 3 comes with an online pass code that must be entered before playing the game’s multiplayer mode.

Why is it necessary to have an online pass? They want to make more money, but it’s also the company’s method of combating second-hand purchases. You can still acquire a used copy, but if you want to play multiplayer (assuming the online pass for that copy has already been used), you’ll have to purchase your own $10 online pass from the PSN store.

Whether we like it or not, the online pass is gradually being adopted. Ubisoft is using the Online Pass concept, and Sony seems to be following suit. THQ, EA, and Warner Bros. (Mortal Kombat) are all doing it, and it’s just a matter of time until every game publisher incorporates the Online Pass into their multiplayer titles.

What are your thoughts on the Online Pass? I don’t think it’s all that terrible, but I don’t purchase used games all that frequently.

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will be released exclusively for the Playstation 3 on November 1, 2011.

Since their first appearance in 2009, Dark Souls has been considered as one of the most gratifying and challenging works in the videogame genre. In this post, I will share my experience playing the game, whether it be a good or bad one.

Welcome back to the Two Best Friends Play series where two guys and their phones play video games together. In this episode, we take on Dark Souls. It’s a game that deserves a lot of respect. The mechanics are simple yet challenging, the scenery is beautiful, and the storyline is compelling. It’s a game that will stay with you.

Dark Souls is an amazing game with a great story that will stay with you after you finish the game. You can choose to play and somewhat enjoy a game without an ending or to finish it and it will stay with you for years to come. This blog is about the two best friends who play and play and then play some more.

The Two Best Friends are back, this time playing Dark Souls, one of the newest games to enter the market this month and one known for its ominous difficulty. The unexpected Snake Eater theme made me laugh.

Until one of the best friends dies, or until they sell Dark Souls back to EB Games after a few weeks, the best friends continue their epic quest to insult each other through electronic video games.

In the world of Pen & Paper 2, you are a knight, and you have a quest. There are many quests—sometimes you will find one, sometimes you will go on many, sometimes you will be given one. But for what? For glory? For a better life? For wealth? For someone else? Why? How? And how will you complete your quest? There are no easy answers. Some quests will be straight forward and others will be quite the challenge.

There is a new expansion for Knights of Pen & Paper 2 that is coming to Kickstarter soon. It’s called the Lesser of Two Evils campaign and it features a brand new campaign – the Wraiths of the Wildwood Campaign. This campaign is for all you nightwalkers out there!

After a successful Kickstarter campaign, Knights of Pen & Paper 2: The King’s Challenge (Kickstarter, 2011) was released to the public in 2012. The game continued to evolve over the next year, and in 2013 a third expansion was released. In 2014, Knightsof Pen & Paper 2: The King’s Challenge 3rd Edition (Kickstarter, 2014) was released, with an improved and revised story line, and new mechanics for the Dungeon Master and player characters.

“Here Be Dragons” introduces a new storyline complete with high-level areas and quests, as well as actual knights… Finally

Paradox Interactive, a publisher and developer that never meta-game it didn’t like, today announced a new expansion for Knights of Pen & Paper 2, the turn-based RPG about turn-based RPGs.

The new “Here Be Dragons” expansion will be available shortly for Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs, as well as iOS and Android devices, and will have a new narrative, new features, and enough jokes to fill a bag of holding.

Developed by the favorable-disposition NPCs at KYY Games, “Here Be Dragons” also finally enables players of Knights of Pen & Paper 2 to play as the in-game Knight class, making the game title more accurate and therefore better. “Here Be Dragons” will be available on all devices in early 2016.

Knights of Pen & Paper 2 offers players the chance to organize a party of virtual friends and play a pen & paper RPG that requires neither pen nor paper. The upcoming expansion will see the in-game party returning to their roots and undertaking a classic RPG quest for high-level characters, as they seek out and slay the ultimate monsters known to game-kind.

Along with the new addition, all players will have access to a new in-game class and a comprehensive bestiary, enabling fans to follow their favorite creatures.

“Here Be Dragons” has a lot of cool stuff in it.

  • New Locations and Quests: Lead a high-level group on an epic journey to reconnect with their origins and complete the ultimate traditional RPG goal: Dragon-slaying
  • The Knight is a new class that is now more than just a word in the game title.
  • Allow the meticulous Bookworm to join your gaming table and put her compulsive in-game studying to good use.
  • The Bestiary: Learn everything about Paperos’ many perplexing animals.

Borderlands 2 is an open world first-person shooter video game developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games. The game is a sequel to the 2009 first-person shooter Borderlands. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 18, 2012 in North America, September 21, 2012 in Australia, and September 22, 2012 in Europe. The game is set on the planet of Pandora, an asteroid located in a distant galaxy.

“Borderlands 2 Guide: Perfectly Peaceful” will be a guide to help you level up faster and better in Borderlands 2 on the Xbox 360.

Gearbox Software released a game that was initially intended to be hands-off and friendly. With its later downloadable content, it also became the site of an endless series of DLC releases that took the form of whole new games. The drive to keep this game alive, rather than let it die, has made many players reluctant to criticize this game, even as it becomes more and more outdated.

Sir Hammerlock has been perplexed as to why the crystalisks have become hostile. Certain legends suggest that these animals were originally completely peaceful and nice to mankind. He believes the Caustic Caverns will provide you with the answers you seek.

To figure out what happened to the crystalisks, you’ll need to collect four audio logs of evidence. You’ll also have three alternative goals to complete, each requiring you to kill a specific number of threshers, spiderants, or crystalisks. As you battle your way into Caustic Cavern, you’ll find enough of all three.

[gamesradar.com]

The first can be located along the dump track in a garbage pile. It will be on your right if you keep following the route from the vehicle. One of the miners, Security Officer Booth, who used to work for Hyperion, is the source of the ECHO log. The initial encounter with the crystalisks seemed to be quite pleasant, as she described the creature as playful and inquisitive. Mrs. Harcheks, a Hyperion investor, wants to harvest the crystals from the crystalisks.

The second log will be found in the center of the map, in a massive varkid nest. Under a mushroom emerging from one of the pillar walls, the log will be concealed. Booth refuses to mine the crystalisks despite the fact that he knows it would kill them. Harcheks, on the other hand, is unconcerned and reminds her that she must do her duties as a security officer.

The third can be discovered close to a rifle chest in the Guardian Ruins. As you approach its position, you may find yourself at the top of a cliff. Jump over the cliff and the log will be waiting for you. Booth continues to defy Harcheks’ instructions, but she is unfortunately murdered as a result of her defiance. Hyperion, are you serious? You’re all a bunch of jerks.

In Nether Hive, the fourth may be discovered in a chamber. To get there, you’ll have to battle several spiderants, but nothing too difficult. Harchek’s well-deserved demise at the hands of the monster crytalik Blue is detailed in the journal.

“The Once and Future Slab” is a weekly article written by me, Jeff Meyerson, and it covers gaming news and parts in the world of PC gaming that I think are interesting.

I’m sure most of you know the old joke: “I think, therefore I am. I see, therefore I am. I do, therefore I am.” Well, the old slab was the answer to the last part of that question. That’s right, the slab was a tool for creating games, which would then be played on the slab itself.

Borderlands 2: The Once and Future Slab is a guide to Borderlands 2: The Once and Future Slab.

The Once and Future Slab

After completing the Wildlife Preservation quest, you’ll be given this assignment. Roland wants you to deliver a message to the Slab King, an old acquaintance of his. The Slab King was a member of the Crimson Raiders until he and Roland disagreed on how to interrogate Hyperion troops due to philosophical disagreements. To put it mildly, his tactics were much more severe. However, given the circumstances, you’ll need his assistance to enter Angels’ inner core.

You must first locate Thousand Cuts, where the Slab King presently resides. Grab a car from the neighboring Catch-A-Ride in the Highlands-Hyperion Bridge region. The entrance to Thousand Cuts is located at the quick transit station, east along the route. Roland approaches the ECHO to point out Angel’s whereabouts. Breaking in shouldn’t be an issue if the Slab King is ready to assist. For the time being, simply concentrate on getting to the Slab King. Unfortunately, the Slabs mistake you for an invader and start fire as soon as you enter Slab Town. Begin retaliating against a diverse group of bandits, and continue battling your way north through the town. Also keep an eye out for buzzards.

The Once and Future Slab [youtube.com]

You’ll ultimately enter a new part of town after crossing a tiny improvised bridge. There are a lot of goliaths here, so kill them as soon as you can before they go into their fury phase. Alternatively, employ the anger mode to have them attack their own troops. The Slab King arrives on the ECHO, mistaking you for a Hyperion assassin, only to discover you aren’t. The assaults, however, will not cease as a result of this revelation. Instead, he’ll treat you like a new recruit, putting you through the paces to determine whether you’re worthy of joining the group.

Continue your assault in the east. The Slabs will hurl everything they have at you, so arm yourself with the best weapons you can find and utilize your unique ability as often as possible. You’ll finally get to the Slab’s hideout’s front door, but it will be sealed and locked. To go inside, climb the set of steps to your left. Before going inside, check the ammunition boxes and lockers for additional ammo and cash.

The Once and Future Slab [youtube.com]

There will be an entrance to drop down into the Slab King’s “throne chamber” when you reach the top of the stairs. Your initiation isn’t finished yet. Several waves of foes will be thrown at you by the Slab King. Several marauders, brutes, and ferocious marauders will be included in the first. Keep moving and take shelter when you can. There will be lots of cover in this region, so take use of it if things become too much for you. There will be many goliaths and crazy midgets in the following wave. Remove the crazy midgets so you may concentrate only on the goliaths.

The Slab King gives his approval and reveals his real identity once you’ve eliminated every single badass. Brick is everyone’s favorite berserker. After the congrats, give him the letter. Despite their previous conflicts, Brick is eager to assist the Crimson Raiders in infiltrating the bunker. This battle, though, is far from finished.

The Once and Future Slab [guides.gamepressure.com]

As Brick takes you out the door, Jack announces over the ECHO that he’ll be heading to Slab Town to take care of you and the Slabs. Help Brick fight off the Hyperion loaders by following him through the door. Hyperion’s mortars are guided by targeting beacons, which means you’ll have to eliminate them to halt the attack. The first can be found not far from the Slab hideaway. On the ground, keep an eye out for the red targeting circles. To avoid severe damage, stay away from these circles where the mortars will land.

The beacons are protected by shields, but Brick will destroy them quickly. Once the shields have been deactivated, shoot until the beacons have been destroyed. Following that, you’ll have to fight several Hyperion bots before going on to the next one. You’ll be exposed to a new kind of loader, the ION loader, after destroying the second beacon. These bots will construct a barrier behind which the other loaders may hide. Remove them before they can put up a defense. If they’ve already set everything up, go inside the shield and kill them.

The Once and Future Slab [guides.gamepressure.com]

Your task is over after the third beacon is removed. Return to Sanctuary and speak with Roland about your prize and the next step in breaking into Angel’s bunker.

Trine 4 is an action-adventure video game developed by Frozenbyte, with a soundtrack by excellent sound designers Michael Kvam, Bjorn Kjellman and Nicklas Nygren and released on June 30, 2018. The game is set in a fantasy realm where a brave knight (the player) must traverse through a variety of locations and defeat the evil Prince Abiut with the help of his magical trine (a three-in-one magical item).

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince is a challenging adventure game that is set in a medieval fantasy world. It features many different puzzle-solving elements that require you to use the platforms and objects in the game to move, jump, and shoot. Some of the puzzles are quite challenging, and the difficulty can escalate quickly as you progress through the game. In this Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince Boss Guide, we are going to show you how to complete the game without any trouble and how to beat every boss.

The Nightmare Prince, also known as the Cursed Knight, is the final boss in Trine 4 . He is a (mockingly) huge creature that absorbs the spells of the heroes and uses them against them. The guide will describe the strategies we used to defeat the Cursed Knight and the Giant Nightmare Wolf, and how to beat them.

There are several mind-bending puzzles in Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince. The game’s boss battles, on the other hand, leave some players perplexed. Fortunately, if you know what to look for, they’re not too tough to beat.

Here’s a short rundown of how to take down both the Cursed Knight and Nightmare Wolf bosses.

The Cursed Knight: How to Defeat It

If you wish to beat the cursed knight, you’ll need to master the boss’s three distinct stages. Fortunately, they are not difficult to exploit.

Phase One

During the initial part of the battle, there are two main assaults to be aware of. The knight’s fast assault consists of a series of quick dagger slashes. A sweeping swipe with his sword is the knight’s heavy strike.

The range of the knight’s sword slash is greater than that of his dagger strike. As a result, if the monster starts wielding his sword, you’ll want to maintain your distance.

Eventually, you’ll want to jump over the knight whenever possible. The knight will then rush you, causing some environmental damage in the process. This will turn out to be a huge blunder on the boss’s behalf.

A beam of light will fall on the monster when the knight smashes down a nearby wall. This will shock the knight, giving you the opportunity to punish him with quick blows. The beam of light will fade once you have dealt some damage. The fight’s second phase will begin as a result of this.

Phase Two

When phase two starts, you’ll be faced with two additional attacks to contend with. The knight will hurl deadly balls at you in volleys. Alternatively, the knight will send forth a shockwave.

By jumping into the air first, the knight will telegraph the shockwave. Simply jump over the shockwave after it has been released. The toxic volleys must be repelled backwards by using your shield to deflect them.

Aim your shield at an angle to enable the volleys to be deflected upwards and hit the ceiling. A part of the ceiling will be destroyed, enabling another ray of light to enter the chamber. Next, approach the light beam and use your shield to reflect the light.

The knight will be stunned when the light hits him. Charge ahead to inflict more severe harm. The last phase will begin when the light has faded.

To see these strategies in action, watch the video above.

The third phase

There will be no fresh assaults in the last phase. It will, however, be a little more difficult than the previous stages.

Defend yourself from the knight’s assaults until he starts throwing deadly balls at you. Then make your way to the boss’s left side and use your shield to deflect the balls. Angle your shield such that the balls reflect upward, hitting the ceiling roots in the top right corner.

A big stone will fall on the far side of a wooden board on the right side of the stage as a result of this. Then, jump onto the plank’s uncovered section. This will cause the big stone to rise, revealing the last ray of light.

Return to the light beam and reflect it with your shield once again. Finish the monster with a couple last strikes once it stuns the knight.

How to Defeat the Giant Wolf of Nightmares

This battle is a lot easier than the cursed knight’s. It is, however, more time consuming.

The boss has two distinct health bars, as you can see. The top bar depicts the boss’s current state of health. The boss’s stun meter, on the other hand, is represented by the bottom bar. You must first exhaust the wolf’s stun meter before you may harm it.

You just need to hit the monster three times to empty the boss’s stun meter. You may use a conjure cube to crush the wolf or hit it with Pontius’ sword. It is, however, far easier to just shoot the wolf with an arrow.

The wolf’s stun meter will rapidly replenish after it has been stunned. As a result, you’ll need to act quickly.

Stomping on the wolf’s skull as Pontius is the only method to really harm it. The wolf’s stun meter will replenish after a single stomp on its head, and you’ll be back to square one. To finish off the wolf, you must hit it six times in this manner.

On the offensive, the wolf will start by assaulting you with its paws. Large marks will emerge on the ground to indicate the exact location of each paw’s strike.

Wolfs will appear at random, but with a few rapid strokes from Pontius’ sword, they may be destroyed. Pontius will begin conjuring spirits after punishing the wolf with a few devastating smashes.

These spirits will attack you with homing missiles. They’ll start throwing homing bombs instead after hitting the wolf a couple more times.
