It’s now up to you to find out what happened to Roland and who this mysterious Firehawk guy is. The first clue will be found on Roland’s second level. A huge flight of stairs separates the fourth battle sign from the others. Follow them up the cliff and then continue on into the canyon. A smoldering maniac and a fierce crazy will swarm you. To begin dealing with the badass crazy, kill the flaming psycho as soon as possible. Because he’s a tough guy, don’t be scared to withdraw to the bottom of the stairs to deal with him. Return to the top after he’s done, when a second badass crazy will emerge. Proceed in the same manner as you did with the previous badass crazy.
Continue to the fifth battle sign. A spiderant’s nest may be found if you turn right. Take care of the spiderants and keep moving ahead. Up ahead, you’ll discover more bandits. Keep your distance from these band of flaming nomads with lethal flamethrowers. After fighting with them, you’ll arrive to Ashmouth Camp, which is overrun with bandits.

Maintain your position on the pathways and cope with the robbers that patrol them. Prepare to battle since they’ll mainly be nomad pyros. It turns out you won’t need to defeat the Firehawk. Lilth, our old vault-hunting friend, has been posing as the Firehawk to keep the robbers in check. She’s used up all of her abilities after the little act she pulled to slay the robbers. She’ll need some eridium to recover her strength, and she’ll lead you in the right way. If you return the eridium to her, she’ll be as good as new.
More Bloodshots burst into the lair as soon as she regains her feet. Assist Lilith in dealing with these thugs. From the northern platform, the bandits will rush in. It’ll be a combination of Bloodshot’s many personalities, from marauders to psychos, with a few badasses tossed in for good measure. To deal with the huge amount of bandits, use your skills and remain alert. If you go into too much difficulty, Lilith will come to your rescue with her phase blast.
During the break in the battle, grab some extra ammunition. From the east platform of the lair, more bandits will emerge. Continue to use the same approach as you did in the first round of enemies. Lilith will return to the control room’s center after everyone has died. She’ll be in need of another eridium booster, and she’ll lead you to the purple substance. If you give it to her, she’ll be ready to talk about the next step in rescuing Roland.

So far, it seems that the Children of the Firehawk are only harming themselves and other bandits, not innocent people. Just in case, Lilith wants you to continue your investigation. To acquire your new assignment as a youthful flame, speak with Incinerator Clayton. He wants you to take their most devoted disciple, Matchstick, to the Southern Shelf’s Soaring Dragon and sacrifice him to the Dragon’s flames. It’s a terrible job, but at the very least no one is innocent.
Matchstick may be found in the outhouse adjacent to Clayton’s house. Pick the tiny cultist out of the outhouse. To go to the Southern Shelf, go to the quick travel station at Frostburn Canyon’s entrance. It will dump you off at Liar’s Berg, where you must make your way to the Soaring Dragon. To go to Soaring Dragon, you’ll have to pass through Boom Bewm’s camp once again. Because of how far you’ve progressed, the opponents in the camp will be much weaker than you. Continue towards Soaring Dragon after battling through Boom Bewm’s camp. Many of the combat scenarios will be familiar to you from your last visit. Head back to Soaring Dragon once Matchstick has earned his name. You won’t need to descend the whole castle because of the absence of fall damage. Return to Frostburn Canyon to Incinerator Clayton after finding the quick travel station in Liar’s Berg.

Any Borderlands 2 player knows that the best loot is obtained from powerful enemies that are part of a boss fight. The really nice loot is from enemies that are part of the end game boss, the end game raid, that is almost always found at the end of the game. These special enemies are referred to as “BOSSES”.
Borderlands 2 is a lot of fun, but to really get the most out of it, you’re going to need to master the art of symbiosis—taking advantage of the game’s online features to team up with other players for maximum fun. Let’s go over the basics of how to do this.
We are all familiar with the concept of symbiosis, the relationship between organisms where one benefits from the other without harming or being harmed themselves. A myriad of examples exist, from the relationship between plants and animals, to fungi and insects, to bacteria and their hosts. For this reason, scientists have long been puzzled as to how symbiosis works. While most symbiotic relationships are established between closely related organisms, there are a handful of exceptions. In the case of the tiny bacteria that lives inside the sweet potato, the relationship is not with another organism but the sweet potato itself, which has a mutually beneficial relationship with these bacteria.
Sir Hammerlock has a difficult task for you to complete now that you’re better prepared. He wants you to investigate (and eliminate) a fascinating symbiotic connection. There have been tales of a midget riding on the back of a bullymong. This lethal duo is encircled by a gang of robbers.
To locate the pair, go to Southern Shelf Bay. A movable platform provides passage over the river if you go southeast from the entrance. A huge bandit outpost and the bullymidgetmong may be found on the opposite side. Killer marauders, psychos, and miniature psychos will assault you as soon as you approach the outpost. Take out the first group of villains with your finest weaponry and they should be easy to take out.

Creating a cult hasn’t been Lilith’s only stumbling block while posing as the Firehawk. She needed to go undercover, so she pretended to die in order to fool Hyperion. Unfortunately, a bandit in Three Horns Valley knows she’s still alive and is seeking information from Hyperion. This guy must be silenced if Lilith is to be saved.
Leave Sanctuary and go to the Catch-A-Ride station at the town’s entrance to get a ride. To locate the bandit Boll, who is seeking to report Lilith to Hyperion, go south towards your new objective marker. The entrance is marked with a “Beware” sign and is located near the bridge that leads to Frostburn Canyon. As soon as you pass through, Boll and his henchmen will begin assaulting you.
He has a number of snow skags battling for him, some of them are alphas. Set some heavy fire on the skags first to free up your time to deal with Boll.
Make circles around him and utilize your abilities to gain a leg up on him. He wields a rapid-firing shotgun that packs a punch. When he dies, he’ll leave behind an echo recorder with a message from Hyperion, asking for proof that Lilith is still alive.

Three ECHO recorders were utilized by Lilith and are part of the evidence. Now you must locate all three recorders before Hyperion discovers them. The first is immediately behind you in the tiny bandit outpost where you are now.
The recorder is connected to an anchor dangling from a chain, so you won’t have to battle the robbers. Send the anchor falling to the ground by firing a shot. Take out the recorder and go to the next one.
Oh, and don’t forget to listen to Lilith and Roland’s funny conversation.
The second recorder is situated near Sanctuary, farther north. There’s a steam pump nearby, as well as some extra piping. To get the next recording of Lilith and Roland, go up to the additional piping and turn the valve. Although there are few skags nearby, the region is mostly free of adversaries.

The final one lies a little farther south, along the beach where you landed when you came from the Southern Shelf. The bridge to Frostburn Canyon widens as you fall into the gorge. Follow the route until you reach an oil pipeline on the other side of the canyon.
When you get out of your car, you’ll see several boxes near the pipeline. To get to the ladder at the top of the pipe, climb up the crates and perform some platforming. At the opposite end, near the rifle chest, you’ll discover the final recorder (which you should loot).

The first mailbox is located near a home on the little town’s south side. To get to the second mail box, keep following the pier to the right. It’ll be the one in the extreme north that’s closest to you.
It’s hidden behind a blue house at the end of a dock to the right. To get to the third postal box, swiftly turn around. When you reach the end of the dock, turn right instead of left. Take a right at the top of the stairwell and continue straight until you reach the mailbox. Next to the mailbox will be a rifle chest.
Continue west for a little way after hopping down or taking the stairs. Continue north on the right side of the road. On the dock, take the next right. At the end, you’ll notice a flight of stairs. Following them will lead you to mailbox number four.
Step down to the dock below from the balcony you’re standing on. Follow the pier until you reach the last mailbox at the southwest marker, then turn right at the stairs.
Return to the bounty board to get your prize. You performed a nice job, but don’t expect to be delivering mail any time soon.

So, on the Bloodshot Ramparts, you let W4R D3N get away with Roland? It’s not a total loss, however. He was taken to the Friendship Gulag in the Dust by the Hyperion robot. You know this location will be packed with pals who will embrace you while brandishing guns and bombs. Travel quickly to the Dust and then rent a car from Ellie. To get to the Gulag, go north towards the objective marker.
Start battling your way through the base after you’ve gotten inside. The easiest method to go past the Hyperion base is to go east. Hyperion GUN loaders and EXP loaders will provide plenty of resistance. You’ll reach a set of stairs leading to a platform in the map’s center. Remove all opponents from the area and go upward. Start making your way north through the middle of the map after you’ve reached the top.
More GUN and EXP loaders, as well as some Hyperion troops, may be expected. You’ll find W4R D3N and Roland after punching through the map’s center. When fighting the machine on the Bloodshot Ramparts, use the same approach. You may expect him to hurl everything at you, but you won’t have to worry about him flying away. Still, make sure you’re destroying his shields with an electrical elemental weapon.
After W4R D3N has been destroyed, speak with Roland to get your prize for your long and arduous journey. You’ve done it! Finally, you’ve completed your task. Now it’s just a matter of saving the planet and whatnot.

One of the most notable side quests in Borderlands 2 is Claptrap’s Birthday Bash . It’s a quest that sees you saving the day from some menacing Gunzerker robots. The quest is a blast to play and rewards you with a hilarious cutscene.
About four years ago, Claptrap, the little robot who runs around in Borderlands 2, got a birthday. I remember back then that he was a guy who’s birthday (and/or holiday) is always on a certain day. He also has the fun habit of starting his own party, which is when he goes to the moon and plays a concert with the help of his little robot-band. This year, his birthday is coming up in a couple of days, and since his birthday is on a fixed date, I thought I’d do a little side quest on Claptrap called “Claptrap’s Birthday Bash”.
Ever heard of a side quest? If you’re not familiar with the term, it’s an optional mission you can complete in a video game to boost your character’s stats. You can also get a unique reward from these side quests. In Borderlands 2, side quests appear as letters from the Vault Hunter Claptrap, an artificially intelligent robot. He asks you to do a variety of missions for him, and offers different rewards for each.
While you were looking for a way back to Sanctuary, the inhabitants appear to have found plenty of things for you to do. Collect all of the side missions so we have a list of things to deal with right away.
There are a few tasks that need to be completed in the city before we go out into the field.

The first and most important reason is because it is Claptrap’s birthday! Find the obnoxious, yet adored robot, who is now residing in a garbage heap. The tiny robot bugger is quite enthusiastic about his upcoming party.
You’ll need to invite some folks first, which Claptrap will do for you. The people you need to deliver the invites to will be marked on the mini-map.
He invited Moxxi, Marcus, and Scooter to the party, but no one was able to attend due to scheduling conflicts.

Return to Claptrap, who has already prepared some pizzas and a boombox for you. The party begins as soon as you return and switch on the boombox. As more and more people fail to show up, the situation becomes more uncomfortable.
Claptrap tries to dance with you, gives you food, and even asks you to blow into a party favor to spice things up. When the unfortunate robot learns no one is coming, he shuts off the celebration immediately.
He gives you pizza as a reward for your excellent behavior.

It’s time to take care of some serious business in Sanctuary after Claptrap’s celebration. In the middle of the assault on Sanctuary, a murder has happened. In the alley near Marcus Kincaid’s store, you’ll discover the bodies of Justin MacReady, Marshall Friedman, and the suspects. Your assistance in identifying the culprit is required by the marshal. The four suspects are, of course, the Gutter quadruplets, which makes pointing the finger much more difficult.

If you want to be a true detective, you’ll have to interrogate Friedman, Dr. Zed, and Moxxi to figure out who the actual murderer is. Friedman doesn’t say much beyond that MacReady was murdered by a single round. The Gutter brother came to her house seeking for a safe refuge, according to Moxxi, but she shot him down. The first bullet was deflected by his shield, but the final one struck him. When you see Zed, he tells you that he has cured the brother.
